    Good morning from this side of the world 🌎, so  whenever I check my case on CEAC like y'all told me to, it gives me an error message. Case was approved on the 18th, and in the letter it states that "per petitioners request, your case has been sent to the us department of state nvc" does it appear this way generally or is it actually at the nvc? Then secondly do I need to have my nvc number first before checking on CEAC cuz I'm still using WAC number

    My case was approved 18/1/18. And a line in my noa2 says "per the petitioners request, your case has been sent to the US department of state national visa center " does this mean they sent it to the nvc same day it was approved or is this how they generally write on noa2s before actually sending to the nvc

    I have a little problem, my middle name on my approved petition is wrong although I am a 130 filer. Do I correct it at this nvc stage or just wait till interview. Here's an example of the mistake 

    my name before marriage: SUZANNE PAUL MARTIN

    changed my name to hubbys name after marriage: SUZANNE JOHN ZACHARY

    petition filed as : SUZANNE PAUL ZACHARY

    note that PAUL was my middle name before I took my husband middle name and surname. 

    Passport and other submitted documents bears: SUZANNE JOHN ZACHARY

    So obviously my 129f was ignored and my 130 approved... reading this,does it mean we've been sent to the Nvc? ... what documents should we get ready that would be needed?.. I know this isn't a k1 issue but I'd really appreciate help here since I can't find an active 130 forum.. please I need guidance. @vocaledge @Naes @John and Rose, and whoever has any idea on this immigration process. Thank you

    💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻... finally I can say these words... we are approved!!! Since the 17th but we've been traveling all over and my partner just got to check the mail today.. I was dumbfounded when I heard baby you're coming to America cuz I'm holding your approval letter!!!! Can God get any cuter ❤️??

    Since we are tired of waiting, and seems we would still be apart till June 😢😭,my partner and I have decided to go ahead with our plans to tour African countries, starting with Ghana 🇬🇭, plan was to travel as some sorta honeymoon together from the US but seems we would meet halfway 😢.. we actually love adventures so here we go, who knows an amazing 5 star hotel/ resort in Ghana we could stay. Uscis received our rfe response since 21st of December, we still here 😡.

    Oh my VJ fam, been with my partner since dec25😘 , just left back to the states today, I'm literally a mess right now 😢😭🤧.... feels like my heart ❤️ was wrenched from my chest!!!. Uscis got me real good 😭.. rfe received since 21/12.. nothing till now.. hopefully there's an approval waiting in the mail that wasn't updated online... right now I just need someone to tell me this horrible feeling will pass 😢😢

    notice of rfe received-21/12/17 

    no news yet, it's sooo frustrating as this is taking a bad toll on our relationship. I'm tired of the phone calls. I want us to build our lives together!!!! It's soooo frustrating loving someone so much but you can't see or touch them!!!  Loneliness is the order of the day! Woke up moody today, bout to cry y'all a river 😢.. how long does the rfe usually take before approval .....?? Lord have mercy!😭😭
