In order to move to Germany on PCS orders, you won't need AP as much as Green Card -  But you cannot expedite anything without actual orders in hand. They won't accept your written explanation. Of course you need to be on his orders also.

For advanced parole you don't need anything. We never put any dates or anything. Just file for it with the EAD, no issues.

As for moving, Roel gave some good advice such as you having to be named on his orders. Without that, you wouldn't be going anyways. Least you'd be going on your own dime. Ex-Army here and the orders dictate everything.

Just be straight up with them and you will be fine. Since it's only a few days then it won't matter much at all if your upfront about it. I would be concerned about it if it was months difference.

Filling in the date he thinks he submitted it is much better than not answering at all.....Failing to disclose information to USCIS can and does cause BIG problems in the future....

    I agree with @Greenbaum.  I would certainly expect questions 22, 23, 26, and 27 to apply.

If the answer to the question is yes, which I believe it is, then yes you must add the information. These documents require you to be truthful, and I believe you also want to be honest. So I think this question you could have answered on your own.

Definately change it through USCIS site. Can log in with your account, if don't have one, you can create one.

As for NVC, really think the petitioner only needs to receive the physical copy of the NVC case number letter. For this, just use USPS mail forwarding services. Can set it up online and that way it will be automatically forwarded from the old address to the new one unless they receive it before moving.

Really don't need to update them. At the interview they will ask for address again and where to deliver back passport with visa or whether they want to pick it up.

The embassy in the Philippines doesn't send out anything to the beneficiary.
