Hello everyone anyone can enlighten me here I have interview on June 21 at us embassy Manila and when I review the I-129f form I found out that the date of the marriage ended input is not the same with the date of the final divorce. On the final divorce the date is 09/21/2017,  and on the I-129f it was 09/18/2017 our agency input it wrong. What can I do for this should I correct it at the time of my interview I’m scared if this will cause a denial. Thank you everyone

Just be straight up with them and you will be fine. Since it's only a few days then it won't matter much at all if your upfront about it. I would be concerned about it if it was months difference.
