The $220 Green Card fee can be paid either before or after arriving in the US.  However, the plastic Green Card will not be created until the new immigrant has entered the US AND the $220 has been paid.

I don't think there's any issue, I've read of people paying after they immigrate. I do remember reading that they won't start issuing the card itself until the fee is paid, so he might see (more of) a delay in getting his card, if anything.

I am always try from my words support to others. Therefore hope for good. Because we don't know tomorrow what Will be happen. As a Muslim we not hope lost.

Which I read about when case put in Administrative Processing means soon issued. Which day your case status changed Refused to Administrative Processing?

On 11 February Embassy mail me that my case is ready for further processing and ask me for medical examination. I was busy on my work and some family matters therefore I submit my medical on 22 march. I not understand one thing embassy told me now my case is ready for further processing and ask me for medical, photos, and w-2 . I submitted all this on 22 march. Now why they put me in adminstrative processing........? 

InShaAllah very soon we will get our visa in hands may be this month..hope for the best

We got email. On 5th march
Our medical submitted to embassy on 15th March.. 
Last updated on 14th March.. 
It's has been more than a month now...
