***We got notification by email and the app updated, then we checked the website and it says APPROVED on the old site but not the new one. Yayyyyy! Hoping many more of you are in the same boat as us, and speedy approvals for all! 

He got done about an hour ago but he was so hungry that he wanted to eat first and then he will call me after he's done and making his way back to the tax/bus drive to get a ride back home.
 
Trust me, once he spells the beans, I will definitely post it!

Has anyone gotten their NVC # yet? I got mine last night.

NVC # Assigned: April 17, 2018

I keep checking back to find out if you've posted your fiance's medical exam outcome lol I know I know I'm impatient

Yea 6 weeks is a bit much. I would give them two weeks. I think 6 weeks would be the time it would take them to give you something by mail lol

I know what you mean. I tried my best to avoid calling them for this whole process just because there's not much they can do or tell me plus I don't want them to put in their notes some bad stuff about me because I know I can be rude when I'm frustrated lol

Ours was received by the NVC April 17th.  Hoping to have a case number tonight.

NVC # Assigned: April 17, 2018

RFE just got delivered (tracked the mess out of it online)... now the real wait begins lol... I hope for a speedy approval as well... but we shall see and I will update timeline as such as well. 

Long time lurker here. Just was checking the app on my lunch break and my case was approved!!!!!!

I want to thank everyone because your comments and advice kept me sane through these long 6 months. I was losing hope! Thank you guys so much and will continue praying for all of you...
 

To everyone that is still waiting, don't give up! Your NOA2 will be there soon. You're already made it for 6-7 months so it would make no sense to give up now. I've been reading too many posts of people giving up the person they're willing to spend the rest of their life with because this wait. It's hard but nothing good in life comes easy 

Tell him to take a few days without thinking about it and visit some friends or family. You have come this far, just hold on for this last little bit!

He should be fine for his medical. I'm looking forward to reading about his experience. I just got my case number so that medical exam is right around the corner for me

Got married today! ♡ Off to our honeymoon then plan to file AoS after this weekend. 

Asking for everyone to keep their thoughts and prayers for Reni as he journeys to Kingston as we speak to attend his medical exam. He's been on the road since 3am this morning (4am EST) as it is a 3-4 hour commute from his Parish which is on the west side of the island to Kingston which is on the southeast side of the island. His medical exam is scheduled for 8am and of course I've made sure he's ready to go!
 
I will share his experience later in the day after he completes his medical exam.

I had to take a little sabbatical from the forum and checking cases and thinking about the whole thing on April 5th because I was making myself sick. Wouldn't you know on the 6th I received the RFE.

Thank you guys! Yes, it's as Naes has said I got the text notification on the April 2 (8pm) but I didn't see it til the morning on April 3. I expected it was going to be exactly 2 weeks before they received my case and I was right lol I didn't want to jynx myself. I got my case # and invoice # on the phone.

OMG We've been approved! I'm literally over the moon! I can't wait for Matthew to see it! (He's at work atm )

Hi Guys! I was checking and I noticed that there wasn't an April 2018 NOA2 to NVC thread. I'm from the October 2017 thread and I'll still be posting and stalking there to see all those wonderful approvals but I think we should have another thread just to keep things orderly. If there is already a thread, please let me know!
