It’s so dead! Filed removal of conditions on sept 2021 and n400 sept 2022. Haven’t heard a thing!
Was your case transferred to another office after applying for N400?

Are you applying under 3 year rule?
Did you file jointly?
Are you still together?
Did you live together in marital union for at least 3 years - 90 days and you've been a LPR at least 3 years - 90 days?
Do you pass physical presence test?
Yes I am applying under 3 year rule and still together and been a LPR for a lil over 3 years. I just read on a website that i had to be living in the states 3 months prior to applying for N400

Havent heard anything from my ROC (SRC) but applied for naturalization late august and just received my receipt. Hoping that will move things along!
Do you think it would slow down the process of getting your green card application!

My husband's filing date opens in a couple of weeks. We've already filled out the online form and uploaded some documents.
Can you please share the website! Thanks

Exactly. The feedback I got yesterday was someone was denied in Qatar airport. It was a connecting flight. Now the person was ordered to go back to his home country in Vietnam.
I flew last year with extension lettet through Qatar with Qatar airways, they asked me for my expired green card and extension letter. All was good

Ugh, so worried this would happen. How long after the EAD came did it take you to get the AP approval?
It has been a month since i got my ead and i haven heard about anything about Ap , luckily i had my interview few days ago so i chose not to do anything about it

It’s a combo card. Usually the AP never updates.
Same thing happened with me , forgot to sign the advance parole application, they returned it to me , so i signed it sent it back but when i recieved my ead it wasnt combo even tho i applied for combo card.

Hey guys for those who recieved their Ead did you recieve you social security or had to apply for it?
Thanks

It is odd it didn't include AP. They must have only processed your EAD which is strange because they're commonly processed together. Either way, good luck at your interview!
Thank you
Have u received your ssn?

Did you receive any notices or updates online at all for the AP application? I got an approval notice for both my EAD and AP applications in the mail, and the online tracker has both approvals noted.
I only recieved ead approval notice , ap status is still case received , but im not very worried about it because my green card interview is on December 4th
Im just surprised that they didnt include it

Not the person you quoted, but wanted to give you my experience -- I checked the SSN box too, and got my Social Security card in the mail 14 days after I received my EAD card. So no, you don't need to apply separately! Though if it takes a while, if you haven't received it in 3-4 weeks after you've been approved/received your EAD card, then I'd give SSA a call
Thx a lot for your help
I received my Ead today it was supposed to be a combo card but they only gave me Ead
It said i cant use it for renetry to the us

I just had my interview and was recommended for approval. It was really simple, they asked a lot of questions about how we met, what our wedding day was like and the timeline of our relationship. Got there at 8:50 and was there for 1.5 hours mostly waiting. It's over for a while! Good luck everyone.
Congrats , so about the social security card , did you recieve it with ead ? Or we should apply for it separately even tho we checked the box

Recieved my Ead card today , i applied for both Ead and ap but i only received Ead at the bottom of the card it says not valid for reentry to us
