Today I checked my USCIS account and saw that the Case Status was changed as of January 30, 2023 to:  New Card Is Being Produced.

My service center is MSC and the last status (prior to today) was two years ago  (December 15, 2021:  We are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, for an interview.)  My husband and I never received a request for an I-751 interview.

P.S. This was without having to make a N-400 application.

Congrats 👏👏, the waiting is always stressful but this time i barely think about it. I did not file for N-400 either, my office is YSC and i have no rush. I'm taking step by step ,been like 23 months SMH. My English not that good, but it could get worst I'm doing better,  I'm tired of using Google translator.

    Hi everyone,

    I'm a June/July 2021 filer.

My package was sent out on 06/28/2021 by USPS and it was received the next day.

Credit card swiped on 06/30/2021, NOA1 dated 07/01/2021 and received on 07/06/2021.

    Everything went smoothly....

BUT they spelled my first name wrong. Any one had this experience? Any idea what I can do? My friend say that I should call them at 8am EST, trying to stay awake...

I experienced the same issue; I have an online account with USCIS, and on that page, there were alternatives to amend name problems. After ten days, USCIS sent me a letter with my name correctly spelled.

There are now two March 2021 ROC open threads. I wonder if the admins can merge them? 😺

I sent my packet with UPS 02/26/2021, it said it was delivered 3/3/2021. Me and my wife prepared the package, that's why i'm afraid that something could go wrong, I did not send any cover letter.

  4. Hello everyone! I will start to prepare my package this month to remove conditions on my green card. Do not forget to include the two passport photos in your packages.

Two passport-style photos for each petitioner and dependent, regardless of age.  The passport photos must be color photographs.   The photos must have a white to off-white background, be printed on thin paper with a glossy finish, and be unmounted and unretouched. Passport-style photos must be 2” x 2”.  The photos must be in color with full face, frontal view on a white to off white background.  Your head must be bare unless you are wearing headwear as required by a religious denomination of which you are a member.  Using a pencil or felt pen, lightly print your name and  Alien Registration Number (A-Number) (if any) on the back of the photo.

I started visiting this topic a couple of days ago because I am to the point where I am very impatient about getting my EAD/AP card since I have a trip scheduled for February 17th. It brings me joy not only for me, but for yourself too to see that they are producing your card. My case is very similar to yours. Have no updates since August 31; they received my case August 27th, and USCIS website does not even show that my fingerprints were taken. i-485 shows ready for interview since 11/14/18 which is 6 days after I went to my biometric appointment.

I see that people from August are now getting their Work permits and hopefully I will get mine soon. Spoke to tier 2 representative about 2 weeks ago and he said everything looked good and that I just needed to wait.

    Anyway, congrats.

    😋

Thanks so much, they didn't show either about my fingerprints, only today the card produced, be patient , and you can download the USCIS app , add your case in it , automatically when there are a changement it's will show you friend . Be patient

  6. Applied; August 22,

    Received; August 24,

    Noa1; august 31

I was expecting RFE cause I didn't send tax return , paytube , employment letter either Medical records

But today I was playing my game bombsquad , and I had a notification with the USCIS app , that my case change to new card being produced.

And my AOS status change since November 21 , case is ready to be shedule for an interview. Thanks God for everything

Just let you know that I am exactly the same as you except that I am in Washington DC.

    I received our NOA1 August 24th 2018 and had biometrics done November 6th 2018.

Since then, my AOS has updated to “interview ready to be scheduled” and EAD still stuck at “case has been received” with no updates so far.

I believe EAD is on its way. Just be extra patient.

Hi, you not the only one , even after my biometric done , case was received for EAD and Travel document. August 25 , AOS case is ready to be shedule for an interview.  151 days . That drive me crazy , it's bored sitting not doing nothing
