From what I understand, it you have a USCIS account login, and you’re tracking your case on it.. you’ll see a Last Updated Date from the home page after login. It may state 10/22/2017 there, meaning it’s been touched / scanned?

I got no uscis account but thanks to lets me know , that so weirds I got no idea what goin on I'ma try to creat a account ,but if the date 10-22-2017 that mean it's have been touched,but now I don't expecting anything from USCIS cuz I saw the last approved case was may 10.

Hi! The process is so stressful,its not a problems guys argue ,but it's still find a way to solve evrything,if you guys still love each other ,try to talk and solve rvrything,don't take any emotional decision, the whole process is so tressful, I think it's just a obstacle step,take your time think good,and give him or her time to think , you guys come so far to get where you at now, he is jealous for Facebook comment good ,give a Facebook a break,cuz if you are far to him or her it's will be difficult to explain,but when you guys together the conversation is more understanding. Hehe sorry for my bad English,I'm trying the way I can to explain you, I'm in same sex couple,just me not easy ,we argue alot ,but 2 minutes after we both can't wait to says we are sorry . Its so depressive situation ,try to fix it

I'm may 16, 5 months since my fiance received noa1, today my fiancee called uscis, they said difference thing, they said they will contact her when they have made a decision, Sir my case have been transferred,nope TSC, Sir blah blah blah ? Nope we can't give much information,we  have to made a decision , after much blah blah blah, guys believe me ,my fiancee can be very depressive in such situations ,we was in camera ,I heard her saying ,I'm citizen of the United,I'm in my right to know what is happening with my case,sir if you was in my situation! Sir is frustrating, because uscis have to decide if our loves is true or false,all I ask it's a little information,I want get married soon,I can't even choose a right date. Its was sad seeing her getting in that situation, wanted to hold her ,but in the camera I can't ,so I see her smiling, when she done, she saids,I’ll call once a week but I’ll get a letter he  saids. I'm happy cause she is happy,but I know he saids that cause he wanted she calm down ,but she saids he was so gentle.

Hi everyone , I saw some people who have first Noa notice may 2th, may 4th,or 5th asking wy someone who have first Noa notice may 10 can be approved, I will say it's cuz that someone lucky, but when I was checking uscis processing time I saw CSC processing may 15th, TSC may 17th, for that if I see a may 11th, or even may 13th or 14th approved I not will be surprised, uscis not doing nothing in order I think, I'm following a friend case in my uscis app track,he is may 5th,I saw alot nearby case approved, the number he have  supposed to be approved before them but nope,I think uscis don't follow any rules,or any order.and its really pissed me off

Had the craziest/greatest of Monday mornings ever. I started calling immigration super early to try to get an update on my case. Eventually I convinced the person to connect me with a tier 2 and was put on a call back with average wait time 81 minutes. During that time, I got the email the USPS about the informed delivery digest....and it had a letter from USCIS in it!!! I was jumping but I didn't want to become too overjoyed. I just got the callback and I was told that my case was approved! My tracker didn't update which is kind of weird because I was getting updates all along, even that they had received my RFE. The notice is dated 10/10/17! And who says Mondays are bad????

RFE email: September 25th

RFE hardcopy received: September 28th

RFE response received by USCIS: September 29th

NOA2 notice date: October 10th

Morning, I think it's a mistake u was not supposed to do,but if u signed it and date it ,I think they will understand . And I hope u send both ,one for u and the other one for ur fiancee. Uscis don't send rfe two times I think ,I got faith u will be good

I feel like I'm on cloud 9 right now!! We were approaching day 158 since received (late April Filer here!) and I was beginning to lose hope that this would ever happen - but it did!!

I moved from March filers, to April filers and now in the May filers. Today we are 195 days with no NOA2 and have exhausted every resource available to get a response unsuccessfully. 3 Congressman, Ombudsman office, CSC follow up emails, 6 service requests, 3 calls a day to Tier 2 officers. This all has resulted in nothing! Only you within the processing time for another 2 weeks, with no timeline when we will be getting a NOA2! I found alot people told me ,some case may take 8 months or one year,I wish u here something soon . Its so depressed
