The wedding in Manila is scheduled for Monday at 10:00 am.  That will be my "official" move from K-1 to CR-1.  I wish everyone here the best and I will stop in to say hello occasionally.  This thread should hopefully die soon because everybody will move on.

Have been following this forum for some time. Received our approval yesterday. Decided to post our timeline so that it can help others.
Received email notification early in the morning yesterday. Old website shows status as approved. New website is still not yet updated.

It takes 2-3 days via DHL.

The one in Packet 3 is the same with the website's.
The Packet directs you to download it from the Website.

Here, use this one for reference. Packet 3 for Nigeria. The one the consulate will send you will be the most updated one. Packet 3 gives you all the necessary steps before your interview.

Yea never use an expired form. The one I used expired November 2018 and is the same one from packet 3 that I got 

This is the recent i-134 form from USCIS. I downloaded it from their site. It's a lot longer than what the embassy gives.

Okay, that's what I thought. I don't have packet 3 yet but @ChuAni posted the link and the i-134 form expired in '07. I've already filled out the most recent one but just like @ElieSon said, I felt as if we should fill out the one they gave us. Maybe that's the form that they're used to. 

I actually checked the date from the one I got from Lagos and the one on USCIS both are same 

It might be over kill, but I am planning on sending my fiance both the one the embassy gave and the most recent one the website. 

I use the most updated one lol dont use any expired one ooo

Hey there! In packet 3, I noticed that the i-134 form was super outdated compared to the one on the USCIS website. Which one are we supposed to actually fill out? 

I waited until day 10 to start calling cuz I couldn't wait and it couldn't hurt. It got to NVC on Day 16 and weirdly got the case number the same day.

After approval:
1.NVC and start gathering your documents 
2. US Embassy Lagos
3.ds form filled
4.visa fee
5. Appointment 
6.medical
7.interview and
Visa

For the Nigerian embassy I requested packet 3.. They sent me an automated message then packet 3 came today via email to me. (I am the petitioner) 
 
I forwarded the email to my fiancee as well. He already submitted the ds160 and is going to pay the visa fee, schedule interview and medical

Packet 3 came in for us! 

I just got an email that they have taken action in our case. I checked in the new site... ITS APPROVED.. Still trembling here... In tears of joy... NOV 10 old site NOV 14 new site..... 
 
 
 
 
 

Guysssss guysssss I receive an email just now, from the new website https://my.uscis.gov/ saying my case was approved omg omg omg omg,  I call immediately my bf to tell him I can't believe It, I was expecting a rfe or a deny idk  I was just very nervous but after 199 days WE ARE APPROVED. YAY

I didnt receive any updates in case tracker or the old website, so maybe those things aren't working.

whoo hoo!!! Made it to the next cool kids club! Got approved yesterday, but got email and text this morning for our approval!

noa 2: May 23rd I was updated on the old site case  tracker, email, text. 
 
 I don’t wish this process on anyone in the worst 7 months I’ve ever been  through  But hang in there guys I’m wish you all the best of luck and everyone should approvals very soon
