Thank you all for your replies. The reason for not coming out to them is that gays are not culturally acceptable in their world but are acceptable to the US government.

Hello
I obtained citizenship through marriage. (I was an international student and am employed now.) Is there any possibility to keep my parents in the dark about my marriage while bringing them here?
I fear that the interview would be mission impossible. Would a lawyer be useful? Would me joining their interview be useful? They don't understand English.

I got the letter today. My interview is rescheduled to September 1.
Its only a 6 week setback. Not bad.
Congratulations 🎉
Same here
Dose my spouse need to go to the interview? My 751 had been approved.
Do we need to bring my passport style photos?

Must the parents apply for the immigrant visa as soon as I130 is approved according to the current law?

Older son filed N-400 on 2/18/22 in Florida WPB and received notification on 3/4/22 that an interview letter was sent. Received interview letter on 3/11 for interview on 4/11/22
Congratulations! My office is also based in WPB! Hopefully someone will take a look at mine soon as I filed on 1/12/22

You should have gone to your post office immediately if it was still open. You should go there tomorrow.
If your mail carrier is like mine, your mail was likely delivered to the wrong mail box. Second most likely explanation is the carrier ran out of time to complete the route and so not everything got delivered.
With these things the adage is like a missing persons report: the first 24 hours matter.
If you don’t get these letters in 7 more days then I would attempt to contact the local IRS office.
I ran into the mailpersons in my apartment's mailroom at 7PM today when they were wrapping up. "No more letters for you", I was told.
Will try to see what I can do tomorrow

Informed delivery says I have 3 letters from IRS today. But they were not in my mailbox (only two other letters from a bank and another company were delivered today).
What should I do

Thanks! Everything went well. Passed the test and now have to wait for the ceremony!
questions from the 2008 test and tbh I forgot what questions I was asked already - but no surprises all questions from the materials they provide online.
Good luck everyone.
Congratulations!

Ask who?
OP's ex-wife, given that she does not talk to him.

Hi, there is a 20-day gap between my old and new apartment. During the 20-day gap, we plan to travel and stay in a couple hotels. Do we need to file AR-11 using all the hotels' addresses?

So I re-sent our rejected application today. I guess I'm no longer a February 2021 filer..? I have a case number from the original rejected submission, does anyone know if this will continue to be the same number? It starts with EAC.
No. My rejected one starts with EAC. My new one starts with WAC.

I have a conditional green card with typos on the expiration date. (USCIS was not able to replace my card in almost 2 years after I filed I90 and promptly declined my I90 as soon as my I751 window was open.)
My question is: Is my I751 NOA1 Receipt worth nothing without expired green card?

i don't see anything wrong however it is possible that the charge was declined from your banking institution. did you have the funds available ? I wished you would have sent a USPS money order they are much more reliable. Have you tried calling USCIS to see what can be done and if you have to resubmit everything?
My bank said they did not decline any transactions. And my funds were available. I have sent everything back with a personal check, which I have used in the past. Fingers crossed!

Will you reprint everything or no? the apps is not a lot but i have tons of evidence. Did you notice they also put a serial number at the bottom of every page of your documents?
I just sent back everything as is with a check
Yes about the series numbers.

My application was received ONE day prior to the 90-day period began and after 6 weeks I received my applications back for rejection due to submitting prior to the 90-day. FedEx happened to deliver the package earlier than what I scheduled it for and instead it created a mess that now I have to send everything back.
They rejected my application summitted in Jan claiming a credit card problem with a vague discerption. Will mail everything back tomorrow with a check.

Yes, joint returns.
Would my W2 not be enough for 864?
I was hoping to do all the paperwork so that my parents won't see any of it.
