I have two questions:
1. After you get approved on i-130 , how long does it take USCIS to notify NVC?
2. how long does it take that NVC to send you a welcome letter?
 

my processing time also has changed from "case taking longer time"  to 3 months.
My case was in the California center (not sure if it is still there or not). California's processing time was 10.5 months and it is changed to 15 months.
All these backlogs ...!!! tired of this...

today I checked processing time on the account; shows 2 months for i-130 on California center.
 

right.. waiting really hurts.
mine is also 3 months , California center. 3 months is for i-130 , then a few months in NVC maybe?

I did NOT apply online.
I did it in traditional way. Actually, my lawyer said we do not file it online since USCIS has a record of missing many cases who applied online (not sure if this is an accurate comment or not). So I mailed the docs and got the receipt in 5 business day after USCIS received the docs.

Glad that your case is approved. Nebraska was so quick.

I guess I made a mistake interpreting the graph. the positive rate in backlog shows they are ahead of time ..However the negative shows there is actually backlog in the queue.

actually my status changed to actively reviewing your case after five days of i797C receipt date.
but the bad thing is that https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/  shows each center is increasing the processing time.
California was 8.5 months, now shows 9.5 months

anyone knows what is the difference between this and processing time?
 

I wish they did not move it though, since Nebraska has less processing time than California.

Yesterday I received the i-797C and a few hours after that my online case shows " Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" .
 

filed for my wife (overseas) on May 9th 2022.
Just received the receipt i-797C .

i am just coming back from the interview.
It was pretty straightforward. very simple and quick.
Do not stress at all. nothing unusual happening in interview.
officer asked 10 question , then one simple sentence to read and one simple sentence to write. then asked about the my application form (the questions that you already answered in application form).
 
right after interview went to other room for oath and got the Naturalization certificate on the spot.
 
there were 7 officers and they we calling applicants name every 5-10 minutes(depends on the officer). like every 10 minutes almost 10 applicants got interviewed. there was one officer and he was interviewing people in 3 minutes
each officer after the interview lead you to the oath salon and ask you to wait there. there is another person in the salon that issue your Cert. they will wait until there are 10 applicants available in the room to do oath. And they take your GC. so when you walk out you don't have your GC anymore, but you have a Cert.
I saw four round of oath ceremony while I was there and waiting to be called.

Today got notification from USCIS my interview is scheduled in April.
 
I am filing based on 5 years residency. Filed initially in Texas.
 
one of the things is required to have is "Any evidence of Selective Service Registration" on the interview day. Do yall know what is that? Where can I get it from?

On Wednesday nov 6 I did Biometrics and today I got update:
 
Fingerprint Review Was Completed
As of November 6, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number SRC..........., at our Texas Service Center location. We will let you know if we make a decision or need anything from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Oh so you should be ok. I can't judge because you never know but I think that if you sent a lot of proofs you should skip the interview.
