    Probably my last update to this chat and I really pray this gives everyone some hope through this tedious process. 5/5/22- PD 2/27/23- USCIS APPROVED 3/3/23- NVC WELCOME LETTER 3/7/23- SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS 3/22/23- DQ’d 4/5/23- EXPEDITE REQUEST 1 DENIED 5/9/23- EXPEDITE REQUEST 2 APPROVED 5/16/23- RECEIVED INTERVIEW LETTER 5/25/23- MEDICAL DATE 6/2/23- INTERVIEW DATE APPROVED!!!! Waiting on pick up email for Visa. please let me know if you have any questions I am very transparent and try to answer the best that I can. Best of luck everyone.

    It took 4 days for USCIS to send my case to NVC. My husband and I both received NVC welcome emails that same night and I paid the fees that same night.

    Thank you! And 9.5 months. I tried to expedite 3 times. The first 2 were denied and it said they would ignore anymore after that. I expedited through emma the last time January 24th. I never got an email back on an approval or denial on that 3rd one.

    Mine says the same since May 17th. People have told me since i just submitted dont look into it too much, it could still be months and months before anything else 🙄

    Yes I understand completely. But look at the positive side atleast it wasn't moved to Vermont. Positive thoughts.

    Hmmm i should of asked more questions on the phone I was just dealing with my toddler and couldnt talk any longer. My case went into actively reviewing yesterday.

    Its that 800-375-5283 number. When asked what i needed help with i just said “Infopass” and it will put you on hold to connect to a live agent.

    I’ve definitely seen other people on here say the same thing but it is weird for sure. And honestly I didnt ask.

    Hey Everyone i previously posted my SC was Texas because that was what was on the bottom of my receipt notice.. but i just got off the phone with a live agent and he said my SC is actually California! Which im happy about because the processing time is shorter for USC filing I-130 then Texas! So i recommend you guys to call and verify your service centers!

    Hi, i filed May 5th, NOA the same day. I have also sent in my K3 since there was no cost to it! Its set to arrive at the lockbox on Tuesday.
