This is the easiest way you can choose. But who will be suffering more? Just you.

I can understand you. And everyone can understand. All of us are in the same boat which calls "waiting".

We were waiting for our NOA-2 for 6 months long. (And this is not so long as other people have been waiting for now) and there were great days but were awful days also. 

It was one day when I decided give up. Yes. I said to myself "I can't anymore! I giving up!" But on the next day I woke up and realized that emotions and bad mood take control over me. So I asked myself is it really what I want? 

Give up? No!No!No!!! I love my man so much. We were found each other from the million other people. Universe brought us together (we even have the same last name😅) and that was not accidentally. So HOW CAN I GIVE UP? 

This waiting is serious test for relationships and for how strong we can be.  

So what I'm trying to say: be strong! Don't be focused on bad things. I know it's hard. Especially for women) You are so close to be approved. Just a little bit more patience)

Wishing you get your NOA-2 very soon!!!

Stay positive! Remember why you began this process and all the time imagine what amazing time you will have for the rest of your life)

Ive been watching how people getting their NOA-2 from May thread first then June and now when I see how you guys getting approval I can't hold my tears of joy) 

Feel like we are one big family!!! So so happy!!!

Of course waiting for our "happy letter" can't wait to get approval🙏🏼

Now I searched for the case received date for that august looking case and it looks like it is also a July 12  case.

 

I wanted to give two insights into this,as they do not update approvals:

1) Case status changing to "Name was updated" this close to approval usually gets an approval the next day.

2) they don't suddenly go all the way into a month and send out notices..

 

Now this is only my experience from checking March to June cases in the past 4 months.

But I believe they are trying to finish their overall of the month as quickly as possible.

 

Please don't forget to register for informed delivery, cause they are not even updating rfe's correctly.

I just saw at least 8 cases changed directly to "RFE received" from "case received"

And that rfe above was updated because it had a different status (Document was returned to USCIS) - so informing was necessary. 

 

And everyone please don't forget to update your timelines and us here, because that looks like the only way to get information at the time.

 

June started getting non-updated cases by its 3rd week. So I do expect lots coming in during the next two weeks.

BTW in community what I've been following one couple got their NOA-2 January 12. And their NOA-1 was from July 26. 

So will wait)

I think very soon (next week) a lot of July fillers will find their NOA-2 in mailbox.

Maybe my fiancé will tell this news to me next week  too🤔😅

Or opposite. They wanted to be like a fairies: send approval in a mailbox and when anybody get it and then write it here they said "TADAAAAAH"🎉😄😄

To explain: these are rejected cases. They get rejected the moment they get there and they don't get a noa1 or anything. But they get confirmation of reaching there and getting rejected. In order to officially send a notice to the petitioner to infor the rejection they need to give it a wac number. That's all you're seeing. This happens in every day of every month, nothing out of ordinary

For example almost whole January people in Ukraine are very very lazy))) 

January 1,6,7-officially are days off or short work days. But January 13,14,19 are  holidays) So people hanging out till the end of January)))
