    Hi everyone,

Just wanted to check in and say that I’m writing this from NC!

POE went absolutely fine, we landed an hour early and the sun was shining when we got here! Spent the weekend working on our house which Matt has been remodelling and tomorrow we are going to enrol Mason in school! For all of those still waiting, stay positive! It will all be worth it once you are reunited with your loved one

Congrats! and Hello from Pilot Mountain!

  2. I come seeking wise counsel

We want to schedule the interview. We have not paid for the interview yet. We have completed the DS-160. NVC Says "Ready". I called the embassy two times once last week and the second time just now. I asked both times when can I schedule my interview? First time it seemed like she was saying after the medical check. This time she said I can do it now!

    The embassy web site says

    Capture.PNG.a7093ade4a85e06e5d56fa00507a7ef6.PNG

I was asking a couple that went through this already. They said the Packet 3 was not worth waiting for. I have tried to ask them more questions with no response

The interview has to be in Poland so she needs a schengen visa. We need to schedule the interview to show why she is traveling there.

I just feel like I need to be doing something

I know this have probably been posted so many times before, however whats the average time for the NVC to receive our petition from USCIS? We got our NOA2 on the 15th (got notified on the 18th, but says 15th on the document) and my fiance just called and the lady said that they've not receive it yet..?

About two weeks is average. We got our NOA2 on the 14th and they received it on the 28th. Definitely should be this week. I would call later in the day today or at night as they are open late.

    Good luck!

Hello! Congratulations on your NOA2! I am Belarusian though i moved to live in Ukraine. I thought there was an option for Belarusians to turn to the US embassy in Kiev, Ukraine. There's no need in visa in this case.

Here's the link to the polish embassy in Minsk http://www.minsk.msz.gov.pl/be/consular_information/visas/rodzaje/

the visa costs around 60 euros but you need to act fast - there may be a huge line of applicants there - that's one of the most popular embassies for Belarusians to receive their Schengens.

    Good luck!!!

Thank you for the link! Yes, it would make since for the interview to be in Kiev. I have included the link that says that Belarus citizens have their interview in Warsaw.

Just saw this in March Thread.....

    I-129F Petition for Alien Fiance(e) K-1/K-2 - Not yet married - fiance and/or dependent child March 1, 2017
    I-129F Petition for Alien Fiance(e) K-3/K-4 - Already married - spouse and/or dependent child March 1, 2017

That is what the USCIS  site has and says:

"Field Office Processing Dates for California Service Center as of: July 31, 2017"

  6. Is the current processing time (5 months average) the longest the processing time has been for K-1? If it is then I am sure more people are calling asking for updates because of the new waiting time. If they receive more unwanted calls then they would stop giving out valuable/specific information so people would stop calling because they know they would not any updates.

    Food for though!

    Good Luck!

Zero approvals for VJ members date 9/12 yesterday and so far zero approvals for today NOA 2's for 9/13.

    We had 7 on 9/11

I guess they are done for the week  (please CSC prove me wrong, very wrong)

    http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=1&visa=1&scenter=1&option=3&sortby=2

That is correct given the information that we have. Maybe the tracker is not working and there will be surprises in the mail. I am sure the approved parties just have not told us yet

Life and death are in the power of the tongue (Fingers too?). We speak (Type in this case) life and a flood of approvals from the CSC!

    Our time is coming!:D

I like what somebody else put #LoveWins. Im not sure who it was but give credit to them for that lol

    Good Luck!

After these horrible weeks of waiting we finally got an answer. Not the one we wanted though... so sad to get a RFE  it was on sep 7. Our noa1 is april 19

Did you find out through the mail?

RFE means they have looked at your case. Of course anyone would rather an approval, but you can get that sent back and be approved next week!

We are also April 19th but have not heard anything.

    Good Luck!

    Hello April filers,

we are May filers, did anyone of you here get an update for NOA2?

We haven't heard anything yet and we're hoping it will come soon.

    Thank you!

There have been a lot of NOA2s that have been given out. The Lastest I have saw was the 24th, but there are still several throughout the month that are still waiting and even some from march and February. Looks like around days 140-150 is the time of approvals.

    Good Luck.
