Hey! Yeah, it took about a week for them to open up again. It seems kind of random, and I checked a few times a day. It shouldn't take too long before dates show up I think. 

Quick Update on my case Y'all:

Fiance had interview earlier today- Approved 
Praise the Lord!!!

I have an interview date. Woot! May 22, with the medical on the 16th! I keep wanting to go outside and scream in joy. 

So I checked the tracking status of my RFE reply and it has been delivered to USCIS. Woooooo

I got a little excited and accidentally posted this in September filers thread so I’m reposting here. LOL

@Naes!!!!  I literally JUST congratulated you on your approval and mine just came in the mail today!!!  Aaaaaaaaah!  I can’t stop screaming and crying!!  I’m with my fiance in London so I went to check my e-mails for informed delivery notifications and it was there!!  Page 1of 1!!  I called my mom on Skype to tell her and I freaked her out with my tears!  LOL  She asked in a panic what had happened so I told her we’d been approved!  She asked, “Why are you crying then?”  Lol.  My fiance told her its because I’m an emotional person.    He knows me so well!   @NICK & PAULA I’m finally part of the club! Yay!!!  
 
This was a silent approval as the website and the app still show Response to USCIS request for evidence was received.  
 
Received date: August 23
RFE Date: Feb 28
RFE Additional Evidence Received by USCIS: March 15
NOA2 Date:  April 3

Hello! I booked my interview this week for May 22, there were a few dates open though (16, 18, 22). So once your stuff gets to Montreal, there's a bit of email back and forth stuff (Packet 3, checklist going back to them with DS-160 confirmation) and they will eventually tell you you can go ahead and book your interview. I think it was a few weeks? Days are starting to meld together I fear. 

RFE is arriving today according to informed delivery. Got all the paperwork sorted to reply as soon as we get it. 

Interview done, visa approved!!!!

Its just is kind of time to reduce the number because they are touching dates randomly a little amount of approvals. But I will do scans accordingly to see the movement itself.

Hey guys just a quick update on our week, NVC got our case Monday, April 2nd, We got our case number today and it already shows in transit to the embassy in my country. Finally things are moving quickly! 

Hey guys just popping in to let my augustines know that we just had our interview and we're approved!! Embassy was Bucharest,  I'll be writing a review over the weekend. Happy journey to all still in it. I wish you all only the best.

Nice! Thanks for that! We have all of the documents ready, my fiance picked up his police certificate in Toronto while i was there a couple of weeks ago, I was just curious how the checklist worked prior to scheduling the interview. This helps a ton!!

So the congressman that contacted USCIS has just forwarded us a copy of the RFE. We need to send off my SOs birth certificate, which we knew we would, and evidence of us meeting within the last two years. Easy peasy.

He wanted support and sympathy.  I assume he read these, made some comment about us being jerks then he went back to Asian Cupid for his next "wife".  Red flag was "first wife was latina", "second wife was Vietnamese", third wife is Japanese".  He collects foreign wives and then apparently they just leave him never to be heard from again.  I feel sorry for all of his exes.  They deserve better.

Hi everyone. I just want to say congratulations to everyone that has been approved recently. I have been so stressed out about my own frustrating situation that I failed to congratulate you all. So I’m sorry for that. Thank you also for supporting me through this. I am still going through the NOA2 process but knowing that there are so many friendly, loving people on this thread makes it a little easier for me. It’s nice that you haven’t abandoned us stragglers either. 
 
I have a question that’s been asked a bazillion times no doubt. What’s everyone’s experience in regards to how long it takes to receive a hard copy of the RFE in the post? I know of the general time frame that USCIS gives but obviously we are all aware that they don’t even know what time frame that is.

Too bad the OP hasn't been back to answer all the very valid questions that were raised here...
