My case say In transit at the NVC Web page...  FINALLY

I called USCIS this morning.  Asked to speak to a Tier 2 Supervisor.  The recording said hold times were 1-3 minutes.  I waited 40 minutes . . .
 
My application was APPROVED March 15!
 
I could barely get the words out to thank the supervisor and say good bye.  So, they are still sending out silent approvals.  Nothing has changed on the USCIS App or USCIS Website.  My case inquiry from March 6 still shows as being sent to an officer for response.
 
And thank you to everyone ( @Naes ) for all the help these last 7 months.

Anyone that sent an RFE got approved already?

I got an RFE on Feb 21 and I was approved March 8

Long form birth certificates are quite common as a requriement now days. I had to go to baltimore to get just that from the state years ago. It’s easy. Marriage certificates are also done in tripple seal forms in DC I learned. These documents are hard to forge so thats the only reason really. She should use her new birth cert going forward. Keep the old one in the safe.

I have taken @Naes scans and put them into a % chart. We'll call this version 1. To be improved here over the next few days. I might change the colors later but the Grey Line right now is what you want to see near the top. Touched includes RFE and Approved cases
 
Notice the 10th is making progress. Look at your received date (Top Line) and you can see progress for your date.  I'll keep working on this chart to see if i can include a month completion % in the graph. Right now Touched is 31% Approved is 16% and Remaining is 58% for the month as a whole. Understand as @Naes has stated we know the data is latent/bad. But something is better than nothing. Hopefully my calculations are correct. HOPE THIS HELPS EVERYONE.
 

I saw more than one in the scans. But can't  give exact dates. Either way as August started on feb 5 and today is 28, even if it was the longest m; if they got rfe on 5 and changed today that would make 23 days.
 
but it depends on the rfe, after they receive it officially usually 1 week to 1 month, can go up to 60 days for a response.

Today's my fiance's last day here and for the first time, we don't know when we'll see each other again.. but that's also a good thing cause things are coming to fruition!

Feb 21 Request for Additional Evidence Was Mailed
I got the letter Feb. 26 and mailed the documents Feb. 27 threw USPS 2 day shipping($8-9) so they should be receiving it on March 1.Now i got to wait for a reply hopefully soon. 
Congrats to all the approvals.

Noa 1 August 17 here. Got an RFE on February 23. Ugh it sucks but at least it means our K1 process was touched.

An idea for those preparing this letter but do not know when their interview is: Print several copies of the intent letter, sign and date it with the first of every month in which  you believe interview will be held and send that off to the beneficiary. This way, no matter the interview month, there is a letter ready. 

Sorry, I have just been lurking here for sometime but it makes me super happy to see people getting approved in August and means mine is coming soon!! Congrats to all those in August who have received theirs!! 

Yep obviously somebody took in their mission to give approvals to november 16 filers... you are the 4th...

  It's right after Super bowl Monday and my biggest news is not even who won! You won!   either USCIS employees were really hangover from yesterday, or well It was 188 days for August 1 and it is just regular flow. I scan July twice a day and so far there is no movement in July.

No. It doesn't really prove anything and can sometimes even lead to them thinking your are buying him/her... depends on what country they are from as to how likely this misconception would be.
 
There are around 2200 cases left untouched in June so far, but they have started processing up to and including the 22nd June.  Anything further than that is an anomaly.

I am June 6 and just received an RFE on Tuesday.  They are still pretty well into processing June and I think if any July dates were touched, they were expedited.  unfortunately it looks like the timelines are the same or have increases and may be increasing. I am sorry.  @vocaledge supplies us generously with a scan he runs twice a day on CALIFORNIA's time... He is also over seas so sometimes the end day scan isn't posted until next day in the early morning... I would take a look at the end day scans he does because it totals the number of apps USCIS is has processed that day for each NOA1 date... it can give you a better picture of how many are left to be touched in June and if any were touched that day in July...   <3 <3 <3

So today my fiancé is flying here, and I feel blessed knowing there are lots of us won't be seeing their significant others for a little while longer. And today was the worst day for both of us so far.
 His mother asked why I'm not going there in March. And we tried to explain uscis. Then she asked why if he can't come and live with me. We had that choice at the start and we chose not to. Now that he started his job last month, we don't have that choice anymore. Both of us cried, not knowing what to do anymore. 
 I thought of changing the wedding date, not because I don't believe I can make it. But I'm getting worried what if I hit the random rfe lottery or the ap lottery or something else goes down... or what if I tell those people who will come from Turkey, with all the dollar rates right now, and their tickets will go to waste.. 
 
annnnd then I decided I can't do this like that. I cannot continue honking everything go bad. 99% of cases actually resolved under 200 days even with the rfes. NVC is a problem of now, it is not a regular occurance and it is connected to uscis. I decided my wedding other than the venue will be all DIY because that way I won't have to pay deposit. I'll only tell people when I get noa2. And if I have to change anything it will only be my venue. 
 Wedding problem checked.
 
we will find the extra money to visit by getting a second small job, and if I have to stay here longer than that months salary will go to another ticket around May.

i know each of us have different problems and different things we are battling with, some money, some health, some relationship and many many others. In my case I hate where I live but I am stuck and I didn't see my family for 5 years and when I get the visa I will first go visit them for a month. 
 
But the the main thing is after crying for ours or making ourselves go anxious frustrated and nervous with what ifs.. remember to breathe for one sec. and try to think of ways to tackle. If can't find for oneself ask around, ask each other.
 
i didn't give justice on how bad today was, believe me. And I am feeling a little bit better after going crazy for a sec venting to a few friends and even fighting with my dear. Then I took a deep breath (ok and a bath...with a lush bomb...) cause there is light...(I admit when I talked to my best friend today. They just got he couch to their future house where they're going to get married.. we got engaged around the same time... but mine and I share a huge Pacific Ocean between us)

We got APPROVED today. June 05 filer here.  191 days today. To those who are still waiting, yours will be approved soon.
