He needed to get two more shots.. he went to a clinic paid for one and got the next one free so when he went to the hospital in Kingston he only had to pay for his medical only.. you have any more shots to get like chicken pox get it from a doctor.. the certified hospital would be too much

Be careful taking vaccines before the medical appointment - if u need any again when the medical comes around u can't take them until a month after the last set u took.

Hello All,
I have been following this forum since the very beginning but have remained in the shadows until now. You are all so helpful and sooooooooo supportive!!!!
I would like to say there might be some truth to getting your petition approved faster if you are able to reach a Tier 2. Below is my experience.
I called uscis last Friday, June 2 at 8:09am EST. After getting to the option to speak to a rep, the phone rang only twice before she answered. I explained to her that I was concern that the approval was taking so long and I wanted to see if there was anything I could do to push it along. Then she gave me the story that they are currently processing Dec cases. I thanked her for the info and told her that a lot of February cases are being approved, so who can I talk to, to get some more info. She said she could transfer me to the CSC center to speak with a supervisor. I gladly said yes.!! She transferred me and I scheduled a call back and it said my wait time would be 7 minutes. I got a call back in 5 minutes!!
A guy came on the phone, so I explained to him the same thing I explained to the Rep and he told me the same story. "We are currently processing Dec 15 cases. Then I said " I am very disappointed because from what I know the CSC has a stellar track record for processing I-129 petitions at an impressive rate. The most anyone had to wait was 60 days before his/her petition was approved. Only those who received REF waited 80 to 90 days for approvals. I have been waiting for 94 days"
Then he said me " I am going to put you on hold and try to locate your petition"
I waited no more than 5 minutes before he came back and said he found my petition and it's in process. Before I could say anything he placed me on hold again and when he came back he just said "thank you for holding and have a nice day". In my mind I was thinking "that's all he is going to tell me". Anyway, I said thank you for checking but I am still disappointed because I haven't heard anything concrete about the status of my case. Then there was a good 7 to 8 seconds pause. Then he said " Ms xxxxx one day one day your approval will come in the mail and you are going to be pleasantly surprised". I said thank you and we ended the call. I kinda felt that was a "hint" but didn't wanted to get my hopes up too much.
Well, I am happy to report that TODAY I was pleasantly surprised!!!!!!!
Received date: February 23
NOA 1 date: February 28
NOA 2 date: June 2 (last FRIDAY, the very same day that I called)
For those who are still waiting:
-Try to reach a Tier 2, this just might help get you petition approved faster
- Try early in the morning when they open. I called at 8:09am EST and when I got off the phone it was 8:28am EST (might be luck but still worth a try)
- Be professional and courteous. I thanked them every time hey gave me some info.
- Do whatever you can from your end if you figure that you are waiting too long. But whatever you do DON'T GIVE UP!!
We are all in this together.
I hope this will help someone.

This is ridiculous!!!!
While I am grateful that I have received my NOA2 - took 99 days from NOA1 to be exact it is ridiculous that uscis has some folks waiting for over 120 days and nothing!!!
One would think that they all would be working on cases with a certain received date and after they have seen all those, they would move on to the next date so that some folks won't be left wondering is their file/ case got lost, is being ignored or accidentally ended up in the trash.
One thing is clear, uscis is not organized and nothing seem to be done in a systematic way. I was told by one of their rep that this is a first come first serve process. ......but clearly this is not the case.
To those who are still waiting on NOA 2 l feel your frustration too because it could have been me.
Hang tight, hopefully it won't be long.

Yes I know we can call, email and all those stuff because we can't wait on the snail mail to come. But as far as I know, they should send the petitioner a letter (formality). A friend of mine did this journey last year April and she received a letter from NVC when they sent her case to the embassy.
But that was last year - maybe things have changed........ things appear to be more haphazard now.
See steps below and link for full details
https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/family/fiance-k-1.html#5
The First Step: Filing the Petition
You, the U.S. citizen sponsor, must file Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), with the USCIS office that serves the area where you live. See Direct Filing Addresses for Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) for information on where to file the petition. Further information is available on the USCIS website under Fiancé(e) Visas. Note: Form I-129F cannot be filed at a U.S. Embassy, Consulate, or USCIS office abroad. After USCIS approves the petition, it is sent to the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC will give you a case number and send your petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where your fiancé(e) lives. The Second Step: Applying for a Visa
The NVC will mail you a letter when it sends your fiancé(e) case to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Once you receive this letter, inform your fiancé(e) to take the below-listed actions to apply for a K-1 visa and prepare for the interview.
Eligible children of K-1 visa applicants may apply for K-2 visas. Separate applications must be submitted for each K visa applicant, and each K visa applicant must pay the visa application fee.
Required Documentation
You, the foreign-citizen fiancé(e), (and eligible children applying for K-2 visas) will be required to bring the following forms and documents to the visa interview:
Completed Form DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application. You (and any eligible children applying for K-2 visas) must: (1) complete Form DS-160 and (2) print the DS-160 confirmation page to bring to your interview. A passport valid for travel to the United States and with a validity date at least six months beyond your intended period of stay in the U.S. (unless country-specific agreements provide exemptions). Divorce or death certificate(s) of any previous spouse(s) for both you and the U.S. citizen sponsor Police certificates from your present country of residence and all countries where you have lived for six months or more since age 16 (Police certificates are also required for accompanying children age 16 or older) Medical examination (vaccinations are optional, see below) Evidence of financial support (Form I-134, Affidavit of Support, may be requested) Two (2) 2x2 photographs. See the required photo format explained in Photograph Requirements Evidence of relationship with your U.S. citizen fiancé(e) Payment of fees, as explained below

Congrats! My fiance just got an email today with NOA2 and our case has been approved!! NOA1 was feb 28th.
So happy!! Wasn't expecting this at all, I have been updating our case status non stop all last week and no change, he called USCIS on monday and they said they were processing dec 15th and I almost broke down.. So I signed up here thankfully and calmed down fast seeing Feb appliers are already getting approved.. but I expected to wait a few weeks more at least!
And the timing is perfect, I'm flying to the US tomorrow for the first time in 5 months to see my future husband and we're celebrating our first anniversary tomorrow night Now we can celebrate this too!
