Thanks!  I just checked the USCIS/DHS website and it still shows case received with no updates.  But the USCIS tracker is updated.  So much reliability!

How are you, oh wise one??  So great to see you pop up on here!  Yes, I trust no one in this USCIS world so we shall see what happens.  We have an infopass appointment on the 17th so maybe they can confirm what our Senator has told us.  

Got an email from my Senator who followed up on our request to expedite AP.  She contacted my local field office who told her our case was at the NBC.  They called the NBC for her and spoke to an officer there that said that our case has been transferred to the Adjudication department and that we should receive the combo card by April 25th.  Time will tell..

How did you find out?  Congrats!!!  There is life in December!!!

Just got approved for EAD/ Advanced Parole as of 125 days!!!! Thank God! Finally. Wish you all well! Hang in there!

LOL truth right there. (btw working with the FBI, so cool!) It's also so frustrating that there is no rules, it's not like it's first come first serve, since some January filers have already received approvals. They are definitely not customer service oriented, certainly do not care about individuals. I understand they are overwhelmed, but I feel like they really should've developed a better and efficient system by now, but clearly not...

Got the mailed to you message on the 5th received it this morning. It was sent priority mail so only takes a couple of days

So excited!!!!  Last week we got an email saying that the last action on our case was March 16 and this week the email said last action was January 23rd!  We managed to go back in time!  Soon the application will be back in our mailbox
