I was naturalized on 5/23 this year. My 751 was approved on 4/26, but my approval notice was updated to the same message you got, it went backwards, I would not read too much into it. My 751 status still says my case has been transferred to a new office, the update is a most likely a crock because my 751 never left the field office. I got dual pending cases as well.

On Dec 20th and 21st I got an update my casw was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction, on Dec 24th got a letter about the transfer, it says my case was transferred to Lee's summit, MO 64064 it doesn't say anything about a combo interview though.

Got the same update this afternoon, applied for roc July 24 2017 and N400 June 15 2018. I was also wondering if we will have a combo interview, it doesn't say what office they sent it to, my local office is Oakland Park, FL.

Good Luck to everyone let's keep us updated.

Not me I applied for N400 in July 2018 with pending I-751 (July 2017) and I just got scheduled for N400 interview (December 2018). I assume they will do joint I-751/N400 interview.

I’m one of those that believe that applying for N400 actually helps to push I-751

I don't think N400 pushes I751 unless your local office has a short processing time which is not my case, my local office processing time for n400 is 13 months, I know I won't receive any news for my n400 until April - July 2019, I haven't seen any interview scheduled in less than 15 months lately at Oakland Park Office FL.

  4. Hi guys congrats to everyone who got their approvals.

Question I filled for N400 June 15, 2018 while I751 is pending July 24, 2017. My local office estimated time for N400 is 12 months so question is: Is there a possibility my I751 gets approved without and interview or does it have to be a combo interview ? If they send me a letter for I751 will they also interview me for N400 even though their processing time is 12 months and it's only been 4 months since I applied? TIA

    Hi everyone.

I have an I-751 pending since March 2017 at CSC and filed N-400 on May 2018 with an estimated completion time of June 2019 at Oakland Park, FL. (Biometrics done).

As soon as I get news from USCIS I'll share them here.

Stay positive and don't overthink it since there's nothing we can do. ☹️

I am in the same boat. Oakland Park, FL office.

    Hi there,

Mine never changed to in-line for an interview and changed to We scheduled your interview. This happened two weeks after my biometrics. I am in Indiana, so really depends on your state and wait time.

Hi, What was ur wait time? Mine is 13 months, my status hasn't changed since biometrics. It says we reviewed ur biometrics.

  7. So guys I had a productive morning, woke up 7:30am was on bed with my daughter 16 months old at 8:20am decided to take a look at uscis to get an infopass and WOW 4 appointments available for today in the am, I thought about it for a second cuz getting my daughter ready is a nightmare lol, well I took the one at 11am cuz it was the latest, got there at 10:23am, the system was down so had to wait for about 10 minutes to check in then the lady called me an gave me # D42, when I entered they we calling # D37 so closed, waited for 15 minutes to be called, a very good professional officer took care of me, asked if I could keep my GC and he said of course, I am not taking it away, took 1 photo, both index FP, asked me to wait 5 minutes and received my passport with 1 more year extension, July 17th 2019.

  8. Where are u guys, haven't seen anybody from broward county maybe that's good cuz it means this office doesn't have too many applications lol.

I have my I751 still pending CSC filer July 24 2017.

    Applied N400 June 15  2018, Online filer.

    Biometric taken July 11th.

    What's ur timeline?

For those done or almost done with this process how long did it take from NOA1 to Oath ?

    Good luck to everyone

@AlfNel23 some take away your GC, some don't. From what I read, there's no way of knowing. Make sure that you have a photocopy of it so in case they take it away, you still have a copy with you. During the interview, you can show your stamp and just explain the situation.

They are so picky OMG. I will make some copy of it. I think we are traveling this year so I need the stamp.

    Thank u
