  1. Hi every one just wanted to know if there is any May, June or July n400 filers here from Oakland park FL office, I filed online on June 15th and haven't heard anything since biometric July 11th, it is been 11 months already my estimate wait time is July 2019 and completion time 19 days. I applied based on 3 years rule.

     My I751 is still pending since July 2017 so 22 months when I made a case inquiry they said they would adjudicate both cases.

    I don't seem to find anybody from this office and it is one of the slowest.

    Hi all,

    My case is currently outside normal processing time. I just called in USCIS Contact Center. They said that both cases I-751 and N-400 will be adjudicated at the same time. But I was wondering what the answer is not quite straightforward because IDK how long do I need to wait until it gets processed at the same time?

    * I applied I-751 on Sep-2017

    * I also applied N-400 on Nov-2018

    They're both pending.

    I am still waiting and I applied July 2017 for I751 and June 2018 for N400 , I made a service request and they gave me the same answer, my local office processing time for N400 is 13.5 to 23 months.

    After the Senator inquiry, they gave her the same answer they had given us that both cases will be interviewed together....basically we got nothing out of it.

    Thanks for the update, so sad they didn't give u a better answer, but let's keep positive. My local office just changed its processing time from 16.5 months - 24 months to 13.5 - 23 months, lets see what happens I know I won't be recieving any update till May Or June, hope tou do get a positive update soon.

    Those of you who have I-751 and N-400 pending; my wife who is actually the beneficially called USCIS today. Her I-751 has been pending since May 2017 which puts it out of processing time of 19.5 months at WAC and her N-400 since June 2018. The I-751 was however transferred to NBC last December. So they told her that the I-751 is tied to N-400 and will be interviewed at the same time. Why would they hold one application with another unless they are planning to adjudicate soon?? So we have written to the Senator to push this and see if we will get anywhere. Your thoughts?

    I summited a case inquiry and got the same answer as you.

    I hope your senator can help you.

    My local office is taking 13+ months for n400.

  5. Should I travel with passport stamp if receive government help? Ok, in 2016 I was pregnant with my first, my husband's lost his job and we applied for WIC but I only took it like for 4 months cuz he found a jobs but we do have HMO health insurance thru the marketplace and pay $140 for my daughter, husband and I. I had a baby last December and he was sent to Medicaid.

    My husband doesn't want me to travel he says we shouldn't risk it? What are the chances they take my green card away? In the other hand is it going to affect my N400 application?

    Thank you in advance.

    Yes, I hadn’t heard anything until

    December 21st 2018, when I got the update that my I-751 was transferred to Lee Summit. Then in January I got a letter that my N-400 had been scheduled for an interview (nothing about the I-751). When I went for my interview they had both cases ready to adjudicate and today I got the official letter of approval that my conditional status has been removed and new GC is on its way. Just in time to give it back next week at my oath ceremony lol. All that to say...there’s no rhyme or reason to their method (if you can call it that) or madness.

    Oh that is great, thanks for sharing. Everything about uscis can be called madness lol.

    I wouldn’t put too much stock in the estimated processing times. Mine had said 14 months since I applied, putting me at a finish of August 2019. My combo interview was last week and after it was over, later that day, my estimate online changed to “4 months” still to go before my oath ceremony would be scheduled. The next day, my ceremony was scheduled for next week. It seems based on others’ experiences here that cases that have both an I-751 and N-400 pending and are “transferred to Lee Summit” more often than not are actually being transferred to the local office in preparation for interview. Hang in there!!

    Thank you, I hope that's the case for us too. Was your case transferred to Lee Summit Office?

    Same story for me here. CSC filler July 19th. I got sent to Lee summit and it went quiet. I called last week the USCIS phone number and asked what is going on. They explained that my case is not in Lee Summit, it is in my local office here in Orlando, the reason that it says Lee Summit according to the USCIS lady is because it went to Lee Summit before sending it to Orlando, but she confirmed in the computer that the case has been received here. As far as processing, she said that it will be processed with the N400 which is in freaking October at the moment according to the N400 timeline. So.... no much hope for me other than somehow things get expedited

    Oh lol, excuse my language! Then my case is probably at my local office too Oakland Park FL and will be having a combo interview, N400 at my office is taking about 13 months, so I will seat tight because I won't probably hear from then until May. Applied June 15th for N400.
