Immigration is really expensive if they don't plan to live with you good then don't spend that's much I would suggest. Still I am writing the total cost start to finish for each of them

Nvc fees $320 
Affadavit of support fees $120 (for both parents)
Green card $220 ( should be paid before entering United states 
Biometric fees $80
I don't know if your native city has the embassy or they would be needing to travel another city ( add that cost if required)
US tickets and shopping 
 
Tourist visa is risky depending on their country travel history and their ties back to their home country. 

We have separate case numbers. But nvc said we have to pay one fees for related cases
