U will receive ur noa2 between August or sept 2018.

Ur mistake was not to check ur procces with ur case number on the website.  U have to do all the procces again i think.

She has to fill out a F1 or Tourist visa for her own. U cant do anything for her to come to the US.

I know that we still have to wait for the bulletin to become current, but it'd be nice to see some movement at least.

Yeah, u are from dec and they are proccesing cases from October, so it may take a few more months to them approve ur case. The all procces is tanking actualy 2 years or even more.

Just to clarify...I'm not trying change my address here in the US. It's for my beneficiary, wife. I did went to the website for AR-11 but i only see the change address for the applicant or petitioner, which is me. 

 

Am I looking at wrong? If so, please direct me to the correct link.

I moved too,  just i can say to you that our lawyer send to ucsis a letter saying that i moved to another house and she write the news addres in that letter.  ICant say anything more because our lawyer did all for us.

As I mentioned before, My PD is Feb 2016 and my case is not approved yet

I made an inquiry on 27th Nov(for the 5th times), I've just got the reply:

 

We are currently waiting on a related file for your case. At this time your case is on hold until we receive the related file. Once we receive the file We will continue to review your case. We will mail you a notice when we make a decision.

It makes me a little confuse, which file? they don't let us know what they want, maybe it's something internal official, but I'm noot sure

With an expired passport he can travel only to Venezuela.

He must wait and renew his passport in the Venezuelan embassy in Panama. He has to wait.

Your friend have to wait to renew his passport in the Venezuelan embassy in Panama, because that passport extention was only a news more than a fact.

No one has been able to renew his passport yet base on that extention.

Im a permanent resident in Panama too and he can not get a Panamanian passport until he get the citizenship.
