We send the RFE the past Friday. When que can expect a responds from UCSIS?.

One year or 13 months. Relax and enjoy the waiting time.

They ask for two forms G-325A, one from my wife and another from me and one passport photo from my wife.

Hello Maya827 Yeah they give me a RFE on 11/01/2017. They are working on October cases because my PD is October 13 2016.

Maybe they update your cases this or next month for sure.

You have to do the whole process all over again.

Hello Michael, UCSIS Says that the form wich we used was old and requiered the new one or this was the lawyer says to my wife. 

This week she is going to send everything that they ask.

Hello guys. Our lawyer recieved the RFE (Request for additional evidence) mail yesterday 11/06/2017 and they are asking to us to send this:

Submit a completed form G-325A, one for my wife and another for me and a passport size photo of my wife.

Hello mate, I received a RFE yesterday so we are waiting that the mail nock the door to see what are they asking for exactly.

This could mean that you get a RFE in mail. Make sure you check for mail and if you dont receive any, call them.

There have been cases where the mail did not arrive and the applicant missed the timeline for answering.

Yeah I know. I already told my wife to check the mail this next days. I hope the mail come soon and we can know what are they asking for.

We send everything I think, but they may be lost something and know they are asking for it.

Hello guys today they updated my case. It change from received to request for additional evidence.

PD OCTOBER 13, 2016.

I dont know if its relevant, but all the cases that were approved are from philippines

If people follow the rules, have all the documentation in order and dont lie to USCIS,  I think its going to be a successful case.
