EAD Card: Produced TODAY ☺️☺️☺️☺️

You're welcome.. it shouldn't take so long after they send you your three receipts , your biometrics will be sent couple days after.

Did you send I-864 too? About a week or two.

Hey this is AOS from K1 not student visa.

Ooh no, try to mail it and send them a letter stating you forgot to include your bc.. I had made a mistake with my k1 and sent one letter stating I made a error on one of the pages and I didn't receive a RFE

Hello guys!!!!  Just asking for a space in this forum lol. But anyways I filed my package in February received on the 20th haven’t heard anything as yet so it’s March now I’m thinking maybe I can head on over here. Good luck to everyone 👍🏽👍🏽💯💯

Yesterday my case said "Administrative Processing" & this morning it says "Issued" Thank You God! 

NOA1 1/17 still no NOA2.... So I still have not received my NOA2 yet.. My case was transferred to Nebraska on May 25th which I found bizarre but every time I spoke to them even Tier 2 they all told me there isn't any red flags and this is normal for cases to be transferred from time to time. Also the letter for reasoning of transfer really said nothing in it on why. Once my case was out of processing time I put and inquiry in, which they sent me a reply via email this past thursday July 6th. Once again USCIS says little to nothing "
The status of this service request is:   U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show your case is in line to be reviewed by an officer. We ask that you allow additional time for this process to take place since we process these cases in the order received. If after 60 days you have not received anything in the mail, please contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at the number provided below."   Clearly is a lie because there are tons of people after 1/17 who are even going for interviews already... Trying to be patient and will be going too see my fiancee in 3 weeks once again but it is so difficult. Especially when they literally tell you nothing, the only positive at this point is that they didnt say it was being held for security checks. I am hoping maybe the inquiry will get them to do something with my case now but I just dont know anymore, I would even be happy with an RFE at this point.

You can print out whatever you typed up & whatever you wasn't able to put none & n/a that's what I did with my I-134 and my petition was approved

So Today On June 23,2017 my fiancé went to Kingston Jamaica embassy & was approved!!! My heart is pumping fast omg !
