Mailing our K1 Packet Monday!!! Wanna make sure I'm not missing anything!

Hey guys and gals,

 

I'm soooooooo excited as my fiancé and I are approaching our day for mailing off our K1 packet (I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas to come...hahaha!) Anyway, tomorrow morning, I'm flying to Jamaica to spend time with my fiancé but also need him to send the letter of intent and get his passport photo so we can send it off. I just want to list out what will be in our packet and if anyone feels like I'm missing something...ANYTHING..please don't hesitate to speak up. Our country embassy is JAMAICA (high-fraud/risk country) so I'm definitely front-loading the petition moreso for the U.S. Embassy than USCIS:

 

• G-1145 Text/Email Notification (check will be paper clipped on the front)
• Cover Letter listed contents
• I-129F Petition for Alien Fiance (fully completed, signed and dated)
• I-129F Supplement - Explanation of meeting in person
• Fiance Letter of Intent (Petitioner)
• Fiance Letter of Intent (Beneficiary)
• Passport Photo (Petitioner - with name and date on the back)
• Passport Photo (Beneficiary - with name and date on the back)
• Photocopy of U.S. Birth Certificate (Petitioner - copy of front and back)
• Photocopy of Divorce Final Decree (Petitioner)
• Photocopies of Bio-page and all pages from my U.S. Passport (passport shows stamps of all my entries dates to/from Jamaica - proof of meeting/ongoing relationship)
• Printout of our Nassau, Bahamas Itinerary, including his boarding pass leaving from Jamaica, and my boarding pass leaving for Phila. Airport (proof of meeting/ongoing relationship)
• Boarding passes and/or check-in baggage receipts from U.S. Petitioner's travel to Jamaica (proof of meeting/ongoing relationship)
• 40 pictures consisting of 8-10 pictures per visit starting from March 2016/January 2017, listing names, dates, and locations on the back of each picture (proof of meeting/ongoing relationship - if I have time print some pictures from this visit, I will slide a few in there)
• 10-15 pages consisting of examples of What's app chat logs between the months of March 2016 - present (proof of meeting/ongoing relationship - I picked certain months throughout our time to show constant communication)

 

Am I missing anything or any suggestions if you think I need to add anything else? Thank you everyone. We're soooooooo ready to start this next leg of our journey!

Looks good! Good luck!  Also, do you have an engagement ring? If so, we included a picture of me wearing it and a copy of the receipt attached to it.

No, only the petitioner. Fiance gives his during the interview.

I forgot to print the picture of the ring but I have pictures of me wearing it.

Jamaica and many of the Caribbean islands are considered high-risk fraud countries. Always have been.
