Thank you everyone for the great out pour of support. I've been talking to my fiance for the past hour and she is so happy too, she started tearing up . If you remember a few days ago I posted how she recently had a little break down thru all this waiting, as we watched our petition pass up the average time it takes to process. She started really getting down and worrying something was wrong. Today was a great day for her and us. And to make it better, I'm traveling Friday to go see her for a couple days. So we will celebrate!
This wait has been not only a test of patience, but a test of devotion. The process at the USCIS surely is unpredictable, but everyone eventually gets their day. Keep your heads held high and your day will also come soon!
EDIT: As reference, it took 109 days from USCIS receive date to the NOA2.
EDIT2: My app on my phone still hasn't notified me, I found out my checking the website myself.
