Package received at lockbox Dec 7th. Money order encashed Jan 21. 

Dont ask to speak to representative. Try saying "NOA not received", and then say "Longer than 30 days", and later if it asks for receipt "I dont have receipt number"... try these combinations.

Package received 12/8. Card was charged 1/18. 

My check has not yet cashed yet. ROC package delivered by 12/10. 
 
Yet seems like December started moving.
I am checking my bank account 10 times a day. Never wanted somebody to take my money this bad 🤣 Damn you USCIS.
 
 

Hi All -  Our ROC package was delivered on 12/01/2020. Check was cashed today 01/19/2021. 

Hey folks - my package was received at the lockbox on December 3rd, finally had my check cashed today, on 1/19 (no notifications yet). Looks like things are gonna be slooow...

As of the current situation, CR-1 route is so much better, unless you both cannot stand the thought of being apart for almost an year. 
In all other aspects, CR-1 is better as you wont need any adjustment of status filings, No EAD/Advance parole needed. Think of an extreme situation where if your partner travels to US on K1 and then needs to go back to Russia, or anywhere else for any emergency before you file for adjustment (even if you have already gotten married at this point) , she cannot. Or she forfeits the Adjustment. 
So I feel CR-1 is so much better, though I myself did K-1. (But now looking back I do feel CR-1 would've been better given the delays of advance parole, and How I almost missed an important family occasion due to delay in arrival of my advance parole)

This may be true, but this will take a long long time. They have not even started processing the ones that reached the correct address a month back. I doubt they can start sending  the forms from another state texas to arizona in time. My honest advice is to call uscis and seek their opinion on how to proceed.

Please check and confirm again. The address for i-751 form in in Arizona only, and then that office sends it to other offices as need be. Please check. You've filed for i-751 right? 

Are you sure? Not according to USCIS, the address is still the Phoenix AZ https://www.uscis.gov/i-751-direct-filing-addresses 

I think you should still send another package with a cover letter saying this is a second package as USPS lost your first. Make a note on the letter "Please ignore this if other package is delivered date "ddmmyyyy". You can also attach usps refund letter copy just in case. Sending another package is better I think. USCIS knows this happens, you will not be rejected for sending another package with proper letter that first one is lost by the carrier. 

Yes we did the same. send the copies of cards, and no need to hide rest of the numbers. we did not use black marker to hide anything.

401k is a retirement fund that's funded in part by the employer. If you dont work or are self employed you might not probably have it. Also, not all employers give this option to their employees.

Had my interview today at Chicago office. Went well we believe. Nothing out of the ordinary and we were prepared for all questions with documents. We were called within 15 mins of our scheduled time. The lady IO was really polite and seemed nice and put us at ease. 
She asked usual questions about DoBs, place of birth, How I met my husband, where and how, travels abroad etc. 
I had all originals and copies neatly stacked, and this helped I guess. then she proceeded to ask the Yes/No questions and took some additional evidence we wanted entered into out file. We were also carrying our wedding reception photo album and am so glad she took few moments out to flip through it by the time I was taking some documents out of my file. 
Overall good experience. In and Out in 30 mins. Nothing concrete told as of now, but hoping to get something in emails or a mail soon

Great news guys 😊🙏🏼 my interview is scheduled I don't know the day yet but I received a notification text in my phone this morning. Exactly one year ago I received a notification for the ead car approved. God is Faithful . My PD 08-07-2017 Phoenix Arizona.

U were right about ur licence, I made a driver license and until I get a new card to change it it’s useless. It states exp oct18

Update (for California) from my lawyer - they're seeing interviews being scheduled now for their clients who filed in May / June 2017. The time is slowly ticking towards us filers in August / September 2017...

Similar for me. Filed for EAD renewal in July, but nothing so far.  

If your approval is >2yr after marriage, then you jump straight to the 10yr green card.
