I hope everyone will get the good news soon. USCIS never sent me email about my case, my status on USCIS homepage is still the same ("you do not need to do anything"), but I check my case status for so many times in a day and got this update since yesterday morning. The wait is (almost) over.

Woke up this morning and the case status has changed to "On September 10, we ordered you a new card...". My case is also in Nebraska. Good luck to everyone who's waiting!

Checked the visa appt. today and says new card is being produced. November 15 Case received. July 24 fingerprints done. July 25 review completed. September 10 New card is being produced.  LIN199009xxxx  ( Nebraska)
No RFI, No interview.

Received my card this afternoon! The online status didn't update until earlier tonight though.

Updated Status to - "Card was mailed to me". I started to feel it is real now  Will update once I get it in hands.

That's exactly why I hope they don't just send out the email by mistake  

Yea, my receipt number starts with LIN1990. 
 
Below is a list of documents I submitted:
   - Bank statements from 2 main banks with both names (with lots of activities)
   - New house's deed purchased in 2017 in both names (after marriage)
   - Utility bills from Xcel Energy Center, Comcast, the water company and the gas company
   - Tax transcripts showing filed jointly.
   - Letter from landlord confirming we stayed together before we bought the house.
   - Life insurance listed each other as beneficiaries.
   - Proof of her as the only beneficiary for my stock and retirement accounts.
   - Car title with both names
   - Car loan statements with both names
   - Letter from the hospital confirming our miscarriage.
 
I didn't submit any pictures.

Nice! Yours (11/16/18) is the furthest in November 2018 I have seen that is approved.
