We filed a request at the lockbox yesterday since that was our 30day mark. Received a response today that they have resent the NOA! YAY.

Thank you soooo much for this! Great idea in adding a narrative of the financial situation. Most of our bills only allow 1 person to be on the account. We tried calling some but it blows their minds like it’s a super odd request. I will definitely add these to our list. 

Be sure to also do a change of address (redirect) with USPS.
 
I filed an AR-11 form 2 years ago, and the USCIS still sends mail to the wrong address, so a redirect with USPS is your absolute fail safe. 😋
 

Try calling USCIS or file an e-request that you did not receive your NOA yet. https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do

I would call USCIS if you don’t get it by this week. Ask them to send another NOA.

I placed the G-1145 form on top of the I-751 form as well. 
 
Did you sign up for USPS's Informed Delivery service?  https://informeddelivery.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action That's how I knew I will be getting the hard copy NOA on 04/20. I only received a text notification on 04/17 that case was received. 

Yes we have Informed Delivery. We should have also received text based on your timeline and others. Strange. Well hope we get NOA soon. Thanks.

Just realized my receipt case starts with #EAC which is Vermont. Is there any particular reason why cases are sent to different Service Centers? Are some of them known for being more slower than others? Thanks!

Just submitted our ROC on Tuesday. USPS tracker shows it should arrive on Friday. Hopefully all goes well! Good luck to you all!

We just mailed out our ROC package today!  Finally got it ready and submitted. 
Hopefully Everything goes smoothly from this point and on. ✌️

Submitted I-751 Removal of conditions with divorce waiver. 
4/17/20 - Mailed out ROC package to Dallas via USPS priority mail and used page dividers. 
4/20/20 - Packaged Delievered and Picked Up from lockbox
4/22/20 - Credit charged and Text message with Case # assigned to SRC. 
 

Yeah, I included a screenshot of the website and placed it after the form.  I also mentioned the edition date on our cover letter.

No. The EO only stop Embassy or Consulate oversea issued immigration visa for a limited time( 30-90 days) until the pandemic over. Even you apply for ROC, you still PLR .

When I filed California was one of (if the THE) slowest service centers, I was sure I'd have to wait at least 1,5 years for a decision. Things have really changed since, good news. 👍

04/11/2020: I-751 Package sent to Phoenix Lockbox via USPS
04/13/2020: Package delivered to Phoenix Lockbox; Received Date for I-751
04/15/2020: Credit Card charged
04/16/2020: Case was received, assigned to CSC with WAC209009xxxx; Notice Date for I-751
04/20/2020: Received hard copy I-797 NOA

Here's my timeline:
4/8/20 - Mailed out ROC package to Dallas via USPS priority mail (approx 200 pages) made my own dividers with card stock and adhesive tabs, 2 hole punched and put into a folder with prongs.
4/10/20 - Packaged Delievered and Picked Up from lockbox
4/14/20 - Text message with Case # assigned to MSC
4/15/20 - Check Cashed
4/20/20 - Received hard copy of NOA

4/18/2020 18 month extension letter received in the mail.
