It took 5 days from the website saying approved to showing up at our house. I signed up for informed delivery (I was impressed because they do it in Baltimore). And it will show you the moment they ship it and the estimated delivery date of the priority package!

Also probably good just to have informed delivery in Baltimore in general. I have lived in Baltimore for 7 years now and there was a period of time 5 years ago when my mail was disappearing. Also as you are probably aware, packages tend to disappear in the city on occasion. Good Old Charm City.

Did you do informed delivery for USPS or UPS or which one is it

im gonna sign up for it saves me checking the mail box everyday

Mines skipped the approval stage, online just straight to new card being produced. Which I’m hoping speed things up for me

Awesome! My husband received his EAD approval the same day as he received a job offer for a position that he had be interviewing for over 3 weeks. Timing always seems to be perfect! Hopefully it will continue this way :)

So after my status changed to new card being produced

How long until it comes through, I’m wary cos of thanksgiving it’s gonna delay things

I called the number you gave me. I was just told to wait as well.

    Thank you guys

I was fortunate I have been able to work during this whole AOS

my case ease went from being received to new card produced, thankfully

Since Monday I have had congress enquire for me, I have spoke to Tier 1 who put another SR in for me and spoke to Tier 2 officer,

Are you using a different website to check your case? Cause mine on the USCIs web only says case was received and nothing else.

this is is my 3rd SR iv raised,

    1st SR didn’t get assigned

    2nd SR completed

    3rd SR currently in process

my local congresswoman has also sent an enquiry for me on Monday

Okay, so I just received an email from USCIS. I received an RFIE Oct 5th and I gave my response to them Nov 9th. On Nov 11th, I made an SR for my I-765. Today the email said:

Does that mean they assigned my SR to an officer and I should be able to hear something for my EAD soon?

That’s exactly what I got, and I still have no decision.

my Sr was completed and still no decision.

I tried them too, so I put one, never heard back, then I put another and it was responded to within 7 days! There are apparently different types or SRs, so put in another one and you will hear back for sure

The SR you heard back on did they give a decision or did it just say completed

i have another SR in which they respond in 10 days and my local congresswoman has enquirerd for me

What USCIS number did you call to speak to T2 officer? Any luck?

So i received a call back from Tier 2 officer, again not much help. All she could say to me is that they have not made a decision yet and to keep waiting.

The service request i started today means they have 10 days to answer me, however it doesnt mean they have to give me a decision by then, my EAD is still under review

I called the standard number, when i got through to a tier 1 officer, i requested tier 2 and then they called me back 5 hours later

Yes. It's been 128 days for my husband and he still has yet to receive his EAD or AP. I've submitted two SR's and contacted our local congressman. Going to call USCIS again and request a T2 office today and also call the congressman's office.

We are on the same boat although mine is on day 104. I have raised two SRs, none of which was assigned until now. One of them is supposed to give me feedback by Nov 15th. I intend to call them if I don't receive any reply in the next couple of days.

Now that they are already processing September filers as per the USCIS website, I sure hope that they can provide at the very least, an explanation as to why there is a hold up.

Will keep everyone posted for any update.

My SR was completed but still haven’t heard anything

started a new SR today by the a tier 1 officer which gives me a response in 10 days

it wont tell me why it’s been held up though,

I agree! I've seen that. The hoops you have to jump through throughout this entire process is beyond belief and then you have to put your entire life on hold. I contacted my local congressman's office (the washington offices only handle legislative issues) and they are forwarding a document that I must fill out to release information to them. They said they would contact USCIS on my behalf and get an update.

Hopefully this gets the ball rolling!

No wonder people come here illegally

just called and spoke to Tier 1 agent, she was helpful, she has submitted another SR request for me which I’ll hear in 10 days what the hold up is

all she could say is that she doesn’t know why they take so long it’s at random

I called today for Tier 2, wait time of 300 minutes lol

spoke to my local congress office, they are emailing for me today, to try find out, then they have to wait a few days before they can call

Am sorry to say but if you receive a RFIE then the clock gets reset and starts again...

"""If we issue a request for initial evidence, the date for calculating the processing time will start over from the date we receive the initial evidence.

    • For example, if your case has been pending for 60 days when we issue a request for initial evidence and you respond 30 days later, the date for calculating the processing time will start on the date we receive your response. """

@Aviinashh what does it mean if your Service Request has been completed, but I still haven’t heard anything.

My EAD has been 110 days now
