    Expect scrutiny. Not only is it Pakistan (heavily vetted, high fraud), but if you’ve been living separately for 12 years, it will be hard to show you have bonafide marriage.

    They are asking for a copy of the I-129-F form that YOU submitted to USCIS. There is no way some “place” in Jordan would make that “seem original and valid.”

    I believe her global entry application would be via her own country, right? The United States does not administer that for noncitizens/nonresidenrs.

    The primary reason why you would be refused a tourist visa is for failing to show strong ties to home/immigrant intent. If you are not lying about your intentions, why worry so much?

    If it looks like you are deliberately trying to falsify info, then that would be misrepresentation, and yes, it will be denied. If it’s a matter of knowing the year of something, but not recalling the precise month/day, that would not be something they focus on. Look, if you are not misrepresenting yourself and trying to get away with something shady, why worry so much?

    As you were told in your other thread, they absolutely look at ALL previously submitted information. Just answer the questions honestly to the best of your ability, that’s all you can do.

    Sounds like you need to start by doing some very basic research of the two processes, and what they all entail. None of it is cheap, fast or easy.

    Sounds like you need to spend more time getting to know someone before just deciding to marry them….almost makes it sound like finding an American to marry is essentially a vehicle out of the Philippines.

    Your post is kind of confusing. You've posted under the student visa board, but it appears you are talking about student visas for the Philippines? If so, you will get better responses on the Philippines country forum, and I will ask a mod to move it.

    No, that is fraud. Also unlikely she’d even get a B visa. On what basis would you try to expedite? They won’t expedite because you’re tired of waiting.

    So he’s been incarcerated all this time, and you’re adjusting from ESTA/B visa? Why did he not petition you? How will he sponsor you without an income?
