  1. Yes, you do. That plan is 100% fraud.
  2. If she didn’t bring them, how did they get to the U.S.?
  3. Your post is kind of confusing. You've posted under the student visa board, but it appears you are talking about student visas for the Philippines? If so, you will get better responses on the Philippines country forum, and I will ask a mod to move it.
  4. They ABSOLUTELY share info between agencies, 100%. Bro.
  5. No, that is fraud. Also unlikely she’d even get a B visa. On what basis would you try to expedite? They won’t expedite because you’re tired of waiting.
  6. So he’s been incarcerated all this time, and you’re adjusting from ESTA/B visa? Why did he not petition you? How will he sponsor you without an income?
  7. Again, being worried about that makes NO sense.
  8. They won’t, because that’s not how that works. You don’t just randomly “apply” for a green card. It’s all very regulated.
  9. Not sure what you're getting at here, but I-94 info is accessible to you, and it is intended to be. If you're asking whether the various agencies involved in US immigration communicate with one another, the answer is obviously YES.
  10. I would provide exactly what they ask for.
  11. What immigration record? B2 is nonimmigrant, and under jurisdiction of dept of state. Your future ability to renew B2 visas is absolutely impacted by your travel/stay/overstay record, yes.
  12. Well, what do the instructions say? If they are requesting such evidence, it will explain how to provide it.
  13. That won't qualify for an expedite. The wait time is what it is, and Iranians are subject to extra vetting and background checks. You may want to look into moving to a third country together if you cannot wait that long.
  14. What do you mean? Why would you need that for a B2?
  15. Absolutely not, that is immigration FRAUD.
  16. That’s not how that works. How would the state of Texas have jurisdiction over legal marriages performed in Mexico?
  17. PLEASE follow the guides. Please read the official instructions that accompany the forms on USCIS.gov. It's fine to ask questions here, but for your own peace of mind, please do your own due diligence in researching this process.
  18. Yes, meant as a general observation, not necessarily OP's. I'm sure the advent of international dating apps and gaming has contributed to international relationships, which are expensive and time consuming to develop and maintain.
  19. There is a certain demographic of aged petitioners who seek out young, primarily Asian brides. Some of the country-specific subforums are chock-a-block with them.
  20. This is the problem when people marry and petition foreign spouses after one or two in-person vacations together. Really not surprising that it was never enough time to build a foundation for a lifetime.
  21. I didn’t say you’re petitioning her. I said you’re petitioning the rest of her family, which will reduce her chances of getting a non-immigrant visa.
  22. Since you say she’s already sick and you’re living paycheck to paycheck, you will want to thoroughly research what it will cost for her to have health insurance coverage here in the US, and whether you/she can afford it. Even if she’s eligible for Medicare or state Medicaid, the premiums and treatment co-pays can be hundreds or thousands $$ per month.
  23. It’s clear from your other post that you are petitioning your entire family, so I’d be surprised if the consulate would believe your sister would return to Pakistan.
  24. She cannot work remotely while in the U.S, without EAD.
