  1. The correct forum for your question is the site-specific one, not this. Maybe a mod will move it. @Captain Ewok is the person to field inquiries about ads.
  2. Not needed. Intent to marry is best demonstrated by signed statements (by each party) of such.
  3. Again, not even slightly relevant to a K-1 fiancee visa or the I-129F petition.
  4. Right! Like the now widespread glitch that caused extra I-824 fees and added a year to the overall processing time….
  5. In the past, when the processing times were shorter (4-6 months), the USCIS site reflected that though.
  6. So despite the official USCIS.gov 13 month processing time for 80% of cases, it’s really only taking 2.5-3 months?
  7. Doesn’t matter. Marriage laws for other countries are not relevant to US immigration. If you want a green card, you adhere to US laws.
  8. “Fiance contract” is not a thing in the United States.
  9. Nope, will not work. It is a family reunification visa, obviously if you’re not in the U.S., that’s out the window.
  10. You’re not immigrating.
  11. Interesting. We sent no snapshots for the petition or thereafter, no RFEs.
  12. Expect scrutiny. Not only is it Pakistan (heavily vetted, high fraud), but if you’ve been living separately for 12 years, it will be hard to show you have bonafide marriage.
  13. The approved petition would have been sent back to the US.
  14. They are asking for a copy of the I-129-F form that YOU submitted to USCIS. There is no way some “place” in Jordan would make that “seem original and valid.”
  15. They are not asking for a generic blank copy of the form…..
  16. Did you not make copies of the forms you submitted?
  17. I believe her global entry application would be via her own country, right? The United States does not administer that for noncitizens/nonresidenrs.
  18. The primary reason why you would be refused a tourist visa is for failing to show strong ties to home/immigrant intent. If you are not lying about your intentions, why worry so much?
  19. If it looks like you are deliberately trying to falsify info, then that would be misrepresentation, and yes, it will be denied. If it’s a matter of knowing the year of something, but not recalling the precise month/day, that would not be something they focus on. Look, if you are not misrepresenting yourself and trying to get away with something shady, why worry so much?
  20. As you were told in your other thread, they absolutely look at ALL previously submitted information. Just answer the questions honestly to the best of your ability, that’s all you can do.
  21. Doubt very much the consular officer will believe that……
  22. Sounds like you need to start by doing some very basic research of the two processes, and what they all entail. None of it is cheap, fast or easy.
  23. They will both take a couple of years, especially for Lebanon.
  24. Sounds like you need to spend more time getting to know someone before just deciding to marry them….almost makes it sound like finding an American to marry is essentially a vehicle out of the Philippines.
  25. What will you do if there is an emergency back home and you need to leave the US? The entire process will be abandoned and you’ll be subject to all new fees.
