We got our GC no interview. It was on fingerprint fee accepted for what seemed like forever, then it just changed to "approved" and new card being produced. Just out of no where.

Been over 300 days, we are still on finger print fee recieved as well. 

I know the February filers are still waiting. They already submitted SRs and waiting for responses.

Just wanted to spread a little positivity to kick us off this New Year ❤️😊 
 

Ugh... I485 status has been stuck in "card is being produced" since 10/11 which was the day of our interview. I was finally able to place a SR for non delivery of the card on 12/12, they said I was approved the same day card went into production but never receiver an approval letter or GC! Now they want me to wait 30 more days for GC and submit a form to receive a copy of approval letter (with a $475 filling fee)!!! 

I just don't understand why all of a sudden nothing is getting updated.

I did include call logs. But after all is said and done... I don't think the 24 pages of call logs was exactly necessary... didn't hurt tho 

This is all normal: you will never need that CD with your xrays, no one (except you) needs to see it.
For AOS, since you had your vaccination shot AFTER your medical forms were completed, you will need to see a civil surgeon to get your vaccination records transcribed onto the I-693.
To do so, you'll need to provide proof of your prior vaccinations: you should have gotten a copy of the DS-3025 from Knightsbridge, and you will need to take proof (a receipt or something) from Walgreens showing that you got the MMR completed here. The civil surgeon will hand-copy those dates onto the new I-693, give you a sealed packet to submit to USCIS, and hopefully give you a copy of the I-693 for your own records.

I couldn't disagree more with this statement.
 
My husband is from England, and the US & UK couldn't be better allies.
We are still stuck at fingerprint fee accepted as of March.
We are also getting a tap dance about where our file is located.
We contacted our Senators office, and the Senators office got the same tap dance routine.
 
We are all in the same boat.  Race is not making anyone special.  This sucks equally for all involved in the waiting game.
  

Social Security offices are federal. They all have the same rules and policies, no matter what state they're located in. Some just have ignorant employees. 

I honestly don't think this member was trying to be rude. The government can be very confusing. It's important that the correct info is out there for those that follow these boards. I've found these boards to be so helpful and informative 😊

Yes! We checked this morning... nothing. Then by this afternoon we checked again and there it was. The emails came shortly after. 

So excited! His EAD card is being produced. Just notified today!

Been so long since I've been here. We are 129f October filers. Married February 17th. He's from England, we now live in Chicago.  We filed AOS in early March. Good Luck all!

Update: this method got us an approval

The visa will be issued any day now. I swear it means it's at the printers. Congrats. 

Hello one and all!
i guess this is an account of our journey from the beginning of October 2016 when we filled our I-129f petition (and created this thread) to yesterday when I finally picked up my visa from a courier's depot in the middle of an industrial estate. For the last three months, we have been living in an emotional rollercoaster that it is nearly impossible for anyone that hasn't gone through this process to comprehend. I don't think anyone or anything  can prepare you for it and all you can rely on is the strength of the love of your relationship. I still remember vividly the time when I woke up in the middle of the night and found out that our petition has been approved, it is one of those moments that I will never forget. The daily phone calls to NVC to find out if they have received our case file and the joy in my voice when the middle aged lady from NVC told me that they have received it! The embassy interview was probably the biggest anti-climax of the whole process as unfortunately there are no fireworks or big parades when the CO tells you that you have been approved lol. Then after the interview, there was probably the most stressful period of my life so far which ended yesterday when a young guy handed me a large white package. He had absolutely no idea what this package meant to us! In the end every single minute of this rollercoaster was absolutely worth it and we couldn't be happier and more excited about our future together!!!
 
I sincerely hope that every one of you that still waiting for an approval or interview get the news that you want very soon. It is off to AOS for us but at least this time we will be going through the process together and not thousands of miles apart.
