Discrimination? How? Looks like you are denied or about to be denied. Don't let it get to you. It's very common especially if you're from a 3rd world country.

Not everyone who lives in England is is originally from England... she could have immigrated there in the past. I don’t get what her grammar has to do with her question. No, it’s not perfect but the question is understandable.

You might wanna consider a career with the CBP too. The OP never mentioned skipping the bill. I skimmed through this thread and s/he clearly states that they are paying the bills and also, she was here last year and stayed for a few months. Clearly, they can afford to pay thousands of dollars to travel multiple times between their home country and  the US.

Giving birth in the US is not abusing the system. There is no law that forbids a foreigner from coming to the US to give birth for the purpose of birthright citizenship for their child.

You might wanna consider a career with custom and border protection so you can personally deny people like "them" from entering the US.

Why single out the OP? Thousands of women from Asia, Africa, Europe come over to the US to give birth to their children for obvious reasons (US citizenship for their kids). Most are wealthy. The OP probably is too regardless of whether or not s/he understands basic english. If you have no credible answers/advise for the OP then don't type anything.

I don't know. Maybe. Maybe not. It's none of my business. And it's none of yours too. Do you wanna maybe call the interviewing officer at the embassy in Lagos or Abuja and ask for a copy of their bank statements?

Like I said to some other person on here, if you have no answers or advice for the OP then let them be. They have their visas.

U haven't said anything useful as regards my request. Mind u , no such intention to stay in d us. If I don't have d money to pay then I won't be asking to compare price.

Of all these replies, none has answered his questions or requests. The wife has a Tourist visa and they have intended her visiting to give birth in US. He didn't complain of not having the money to foot the bills or intend seeking for Green Card through their child (unborn) immediately. It should be better to give an answer to his question or request, or we pass by.

    Thank you.

So the president can take an active role in the repeal of ACA but not when it comes to the preventing the deportation of a dreamer?

I said "champion" , meaning he could write or suggest possible bills to be brought to Congress. A leader wouldnt just repeal a protection for his people without a plan.

ACA was passed by congress therefore it could not be repealed by executive order otherwise Trump would have used an executive order to repeal it in order to please you and his supporters. Also note, Trump went on an executive order signing spree in his first couple of months in office.

Trump isn't making anything happen. He's playing the blame game. He'll blame congress for not passing the legislation in 6 months. His core supporters will be pleased that DACA people are unprotected and deportable. He'll retain the same amount of Hispanic voter base for the next election because, from the way they see it, congress (not Trump) screwed DACA.

The republican controlled congress will not pass legislation to fix DACA in 6 months or give them any legal path to permanent residency. And correct me if I'm wrong, Obama made an executive decision on DACA because the republican controlled congress would not pass his immigration reform bill. Trump is playing games and giving Dreamers false hope and they know it.
