The instructions say last 6 months of paystubs so I’m not sure they’d take yours, since you’re employed only since june.
-
The passport is not inside the do not open envelope
-
The date your aos was approved. Any other date is a mistake and it should be corrected.
-
It states you sent it to the wrong address. Double check on uscis website where you should send your petition to
-
The i129f will only include your fiancé and their children. Not children of children.
-
It will take time to review the documents. No one can predict how long. Hopefully there is no other issue and it won’t be long but you have to be patient
and you are coming on a k2, which is a derivative of k1.
-
Whoever is applying for the k1
-
Send what they are asking for
-
Look at your green card. Check the resident since date on it. It will be 2 years from that date minus 90 day for the earliest day you can file. You should file before it expires.

She already had a visitor visa and came to the US every year. Maybe that is why we didn't fill one out, only the 129F, and the Affidavit of support along with the other needed information. She got her K1, passed her AOS, etc, removed the conditional off her SS and State ID. I checked and I don't even have a single pdf with the numbers 160 at all on my computer, and I don't delete anything. LOL
It is a requirement before scheduling the k1 visa interview

It shouldn’t be an issue for the aos interview. But he can get into trouble if caught driving another states license if he is a resident of your current state, depending on the specific dmv rules

trying to find embassy address for k1 visa interview in Brazil for the address on my second letter of intent to marry.
You don’t need to put any address in the letter. But if you insist google “American consulate Rio de Janeiro” it should give you the address

I did.I have the answer. it's about $183 but in Brazil, it's hard to get a straight answer. I've had to ask several times. They have all their vaccinations, which is great.
It depends on the doctors and where they choose to send people in for the tests. Some places take insurance as well so if the beneficiary has health insurance they can check so it’s one less thing to spend on
-
Birth certificate for the beneficiary only at the interview stage with the foreign consulate.
passport pages depends on why you’re sending it for

How much are the chest x rays, urine, and blood tests in brazil in American dollars?
It will depend on the doctor/ location you choose
-
Did you get in touch with the doctors? Fees will vary but the $180 it’s only for the medical itself, it doesn’t count exams (chest X-ray or skin test for kids), urine and blood tests. Keep in mind if any vaccines are needed, then it’s more out of pocket

I never mentioned anywhere that people will not get approved if they don't frontload their application. Congratulations to you both for not needing them, but please note that lots of things have changed in immigration in two/three years (from your timeline I see that your AoS was either in 2016 or 2017) and also that not needing evidence at all (not even at the interview!) might mean that they made a decision based on the documents they had on file for your K1. In which case...my point remains: that they do look at the documents they already have before you set foot in their office.
Well they should look at every case file before interview as to know the person and their case anyway.
I know it’s been a few years now from my aos interview but the rules never changed, what changed is that now everyone’s being interviewed.
Im all for people sending whatever they want to send, I just don’t see a point of frontloading when you have to have an interview and can present documents there, you’ll be there in person to argue your case if it’s needed

Nah, I didn't send anything with my AOS application other than what was required. No proof of bonafide marriage at all. I brought a ton of evidence to the interview but the officer wasn't interested to see any of it. The AOS interview was the easiest step of my immigration process this far. Took 10 minutes and I was approved on spot.
My experience was about the same and I only sent in a copy of my marriage certificate

You can do it in Brazil, should be less expensive.
visit your states “junta comercial” website, they usually have a list of certified translators. Pick one, contact them and have it done. Scan it, keep original to yourself and print as many copies as you need along the way

Define affordable?
I took my wife there when she got to USA, we had to pay like $100 doctor visit and then $30 for a one month supply of pills. She had no insurance, I didn't find them to be reasonable or affordable.
I can get birth control pills in Philippines with no prescriptions for $4.
Then your fiancé didn’t put her info correctly.
I saw a doctor and got birth control for free because I had no income at the moment. When I started working and didn’t have insurance, they only charged me a small amount for the medication

Because this is the Philippines ... there is no such critter.
Op asked about costs in the US as well, so that’s why I mentioned it

Contact planned parenthood
I don’t know why someone reacted as “laughing” to this. Planned parenthood offers affordable care for women, specially so if they are not insured.

Have you tried reading the guides? There’s a flowchart very useful for the k1 process
Tourist Visa Likely after NOA2?

If she visited many times before what kind of visa did she have? If it’s just renewing a b1/b2 it shouldn’t be too hard.
if it’s a brand new application, she must have ties to show she’s coming back and it will be complicated with a pending immigrant petition filed for her.
like others said, the only way to find out is trying
