She already had a visitor visa and came to the US every year. Maybe that is why we didn't fill one out, only the 129F, and the Affidavit of support along with the other needed information.  She got her K1,  passed her AOS,  etc,  removed the conditional off her SS and State ID.    I checked and I don't even have a single pdf with the numbers 160 at all on my computer, and I don't delete anything. LOL

It is a requirement before scheduling the k1 visa interview

I did.I have the answer. it's about $183 but in Brazil, it's hard to get a straight answer. I've had to ask several times. They have all their vaccinations, which is great.

It depends on the doctors and where they choose to send people in for the tests. Some places take insurance as well so if the beneficiary has health insurance they can check so it’s one less thing to spend on

I never mentioned anywhere that people will not get approved if they don't frontload their application. Congratulations to you both for not needing them, but please note that lots of things have changed in immigration in two/three years (from your timeline I see that your AoS was either in 2016 or 2017) and also that not needing evidence at all (not even at the interview!) might mean that they made a decision based on the documents they had on file for your K1. In which case...my point remains: that they do look at the documents they already have before you set foot in their office.

Well they should look at every case file before interview as to know the person and their case anyway.

I know it’s been a few years now from my aos interview but the rules never changed, what changed is that now everyone’s being interviewed.

Im all for people sending whatever they want to send, I just don’t see a point of frontloading when you have to have an interview and can present documents there, you’ll be there in person to argue your case if it’s needed

Nah, I didn't send anything with my AOS application other than what was required. No proof of bonafide marriage at all. I brought a ton of evidence to the interview but the officer wasn't interested to see any of it. The AOS interview was the easiest step of my immigration process this far. Took 10 minutes and I was approved on spot.

My experience was about the same and I only sent in a copy of my marriage certificate

    Define affordable?

I took my wife there when she got to USA, we had to pay like $100 doctor visit and then $30 for a one month supply of pills.  She had no insurance, I didn't find them to be reasonable or affordable.

I can get birth control pills in Philippines with no prescriptions for $4.

Then your fiancé didn’t put her info correctly.

I saw a doctor and got birth control for free because I had no income at the moment. When I started working and didn’t have insurance, they only charged me a small amount for the medication
