  1. If you have a valid Green Card, you will not need another document for work authorization. You will, of course, need a SS card. You got lucky...no interview. Congratulations.
  2. What makes you say there is a delay? Seems you are well within normal processing time.
  3. We dumped him before the interview....then did Removal of Conditions and Citizenship ourselves.
  4. In January of 2017, we received an "RFE" from NVC due to an attorney error. That was after 12 weeks of NVC processing. After the attorney sent the missing documents, it took ANOTHER 12 weeks to get a "case complete" email. Yes, our case was at NVC for 24 weeks. I hope things are better now.
  5. No. After approval of the I-129f, USCIS will send the case to NVC for case number assignment until the consulate requests it.
  6. Every case is different....Every person who looks at the packages is different. Your case is probably close to being looked at.
  7. The petitioner will receive a paper copy by mail.
  8. I just logged into wife's account. Worked normally.
  9. Here is the status as shown on wife's account:
  10. You have 2 options: 1. File a normal I-130 and proceed. 2. Contact the consulate and request another DCF if you qualify. Don't waste your money on an attorney. The consulate has sole discretion in this matter. It doesn't sound, to me, as if you qualify for DCF as you have not stated that you actually have a job offer with a quick relocation requirement.
  11. Issued Visas cannot be extended. However, the consulate can, at their discretion, re-issue the visa if traveler was not able to leave for reasons beyond their control. If the visa expires, it will require a new medical, additional fees, and ,possibly, another interview. Contact the consulate and explain the situation.
  12. For evidence of legal status, get an ADIT stamp in passport. In addition, submit an AR-11 and I-865 as required.
  13. Yes, it changed as you stated. Yes, I was able to see copies of the notices online.
  14. I uploaded a letter requesting a combo interview with wife's N-400 application.
  15. It was absolutely easier and faster than the I-751 process for us. Good luck.
  16. Turley does a good job of indicting and exposing the entire Democrat party in Congress. I just hope voters hold these hypocrites accountable.
  17. You don't qualify.
  18. Make sure you sign the correct area. Immigrant signs part 7 US Spouse signs part 8
  19. I would love to know to whom you spoke. Call back and give the person this link from the US Embassy in Cairo: Boarding Foil - U.S. Embassy in Egypt (usembassy.gov)
  20. Odds are that consulate will not accept the case. They will likely tell you to file with USCIS or the consulate in residence country.
  21. This RFE instructs you to mail the evidence.
