    Anyone else notice that Biden complained to Lester Holt about Trump's "lies" while spewing the "bloodbath" and "good people on both sides" lies himself? I actually think Biden's inner circle really are isolating him from the truth.

    The legal process allows a fairly quick path to US citizenship. I predict there will be a major shift in border security policy in the 1st quarter of 2025. I fear there will be a lot of chaos at the border between Nov 5th, 2024 and January 20th, 2025.

    I voted for Bernie in a primary once (yes, it is legal where I voted)......that certainly doesn't say much about me. I think it is obviously logical to think that the vile rhetoric from people like dem leaders, Joy Reid, Rachael Madcow, women on the view, and others influenced this mentally unstable kid.

    Normally, I would think that, too. But a few months ago, I saw something on an embassy website indicating it was OK to shop around (I haven't found it yet). Maybe the OP should contact the consulate in Italy and ask if they will still conduct the interview (assuming that is where the OP wants the interview to be conducted)? Your thoughts?

    You can ask NVC to move the interview to Germany right now. That would be the most efficient way, but it would move the case to a new queue. Once the interview date has been set for Italy, total control moves to that consulate. I don't see any issue leaving it where it is now.

    Cases are not sent to a consulate until they reach the top of the queue and after an interview date has been assigned.

    Your parents and sister are here in the US? How did they enter the US? If they are all inside the US, your parents need to file I-485 packages. However, your sister cannot do so.

    93 page decision- Jack Smith was not appointed in accordance with the "appointment clause" of the Constitution. For one thing, he was not appointed under the consent of the Senate.

    Some people looked at that as the strongest case against Trump. The NY case will, if it survives appeals, won't result in jail time, and the Georgia case is falling apart. There must be a LOT of disappointed dems crying right now.

    The crux of the dem message from the start has been that "Trump must be stopped." "If Trump gets back in the White House, the country will go away". I have heard this over and over and over and over again. Is it really that surprising that someone, who might be a bit imbalanced, believed that nonsense? It will be interesting to see if The View, MSNBC, and CNN alter their rhetoric. Personally, I don't think they will...or can. Some of them are very sick mentally, imo.
