Your wife needs to follow the correct procedure when she (wife) is a USC file a petition for mom wait for approval.
Mom cannot AOS from a tourist visa. That's illegal.

Here's why. When you do a k1 you state that you intend to marry. She left due to (who even knows toooo many stories to count) ......so now she got by CPB with a visa that should have been cancelled when she used her k1.
Now she's back....I think marrying will show intent.

What happens if one day god forbid im in an accident im a independent professional woman have worked since 15 and all while going to school. I moved on my own at 18 and never looked back at mommys house. But to visit of course lol and eat....
It would be his turn to care for me.

My husband now helps ou alot where he can while he waits for his work permission.
Had we married he would come with everything but the money i would spend visiting and away from him...
I look at it as that im sooo happy hes here ??

Not sure what you mean by "these countries" There are a few countries that may do so, but I can tell you for a fact that it is the exception and not the rule. My husband is Middle Eastern and I have traveled all over that part of the world many times and it is far different, in most places, than what is portrayed in main stream media. You talk as though Morocco is some kind of third world country and it isn't. Do some people marry early? Yes they do, but as I said, it is the exception and not the rule. Many countries in the Middle East are very progressive and Westernized, it just isn't what they show on the news because people want the world(a reason I haven't quite figured out) to think it's some kind of backwards, uncivil society. It simply isn't the case. In fact women in most countries in that part of the world are encourage to get an education and in Jordan, where my husband is from 96 % of the population if this generation are college graduates, including the women. My husband has 5 sisters, all are college graduates with minimum 4 year degrees, 3 of them have graduate degrees and are very successful, working women. Two with children one engaged to be married and two unmarried, one of whom in in her late 40's and never plans to marry. He also has 3 brothers and they are college graduates, as well. Yes, there are 9 children in hubby's family

Thank you for all your good wishes, we need them so much! My fiance not working now, in the hotel with a 18 months baby girl and so depressed, he still can't believe we can get visa, Nigeria is not easy and even having all good evidence, I visited him 4 times, it's not easy at all. I understand the embassy is doing their job, they try to prevent fraud and lies yet here him coming with a little baby, no way he needs to run away in the states with the little baby in arms and also we are so much in love which we believe it will make a good solid marriage.
Not easy waiting and waiting and feeling it doesn't depend of us

Yea I think the I94 only shows passport number and the visa used to enter/entry date and 90 day date. It's pretty basic really.
I suppose you have to keep harassing the embassy until you can get a straight answer from them. The whole "it's randomly generated and we don't keep records" doesn't make sense, they have a record somewhere, they have to.
And you aren't only one the I bet who has had this kind of issue. Immigration officer in Dallas actually wrote in pen on Zian's K-1 visa. Mostly just circling a couple times the fact it was a 1-time entry visa just to make sure he remembered it. So I bet others have come across same thing.

Yup as above. Not sure if it varies by embassy(assuming not) but Zian's K-1 started with a letter then 7 numbers.
