You just make it seem like it's 1 + 1. If only life were that simple. It's nobody's duty to do anything, really if you look at it from a broader perspective. The OP WANTS to stay in the marriage and I think he's an adult who can make reasonable decisions.
All I'm saying is with the limited information at hand, all the folks advising him to get out is just toxic. He got married a week ago, forget about the best wishes he just needs to divorce the woman and send her packing back to her psychiatrist is what people are saying.
My wife punched me within a week of our marriage, too and I had to call the cops to calm her down. That was nearly 4 years ago and It turned out she saw something on my FB profile and was furious about it. We have had very problems ever since. Just saying. It's better to be positive about something you don't know about than to advise someone to assume the worst case.

Nobody has any details about what exactly happened and suggestions about marriage annulment are already starting to come in. It's like that internet law where in any debate the longer you post the higher the probability of someone calling you a Nazi.

Do you know what actually happened?
Do you know who reported it and got her arrested?
Do you know how the OP and his wife feel and live?
I think you guys cant judge on what has been happening, it might have been something small and easy to work out...

I'll start! I'm moving to Philadelphia, and one of my favourite things about it is the music scene, it's got a great independent music scene. I also love the historical aspect of it, being that it was the capital of the United States before Washington DC. It's also not too far from New York and DC - which is always a bonus!

Based on the information that you have provided, here are the obstacles that I see;
1. Your girlfriend would need to meet you in order to apply for any immigration benefit you. Unless you can send her the $135 for a US passport and a plane ticket, she is unlikely to come see you.
2. Even if you marry, she does not meet the financial requirements for a household of 3 to bring you to the US. She would need a Joint Sponsor. Her mother is probably out.
3. If she moves to Tunisia, she will need the child's father's permission to allow the child to move to Tunisia.
4. Her disability check will end if she moves out of the US. You will need to fully support her.

This is asked about time and time again. The instructions state to mail the I-129F petition to the Dallas Lockbox facility, but people are still often confused about where to mail it, where it goes, and where it gets processed.
The Dallas Lockbox is an intake facility. It is not a USCIS service center. They do not process and adjudicate the petitions there.
The address for regular mail is a Dallas address and the address for courier mail is a Lewisville address. They are still both being sent to the Dallas Lockbox. The difference in addresses is just because the Dallas PO Box address cannot accept courier mail.

The Lockbox Service provider performs the following activities when processing incoming applications:
Receive, open, sort and stage mail. Prepare and scan documents. Enter document data in system from scanned images. Accept or reject applications and related fees based on business rules. Balance applications and fees. Deposit payments to the U.S. Treasury Send receipt notices for accepted applications to the applicant and designated representative. Return rejected applications to the applicant or designated representative. Transmit application data to USCIS and payment data to U.S. Department of Treasury. Send application files to the appropriate USCIS service center or field office for further processing. Once your petition is received and dealt with by the Lockbox facility, it will be sent to one of the USCIS service centers to be adjudicated. This is not a transfer of your case. Transfers only happen between one service center and another. If your petition was to be transferred, then you would receive a transfer notice stating such. Don't enter a transfer into your VJ timeline unless you actually receive a transfer notice, which is something entirely separate/different from your NOA1 receipt notice of filing.
Your receipt notice (NOA1) will contain your receipt number and the service center location that your petition was sent to. Currently there are only two service centers processing the I-129F petitions. They are California (CSC) and Texas (TSC). If your receipt number begins with WAC, then your petition is at the CSC. If your receipt number begins with SRC then your petition is at the TSC.
Typically the petitions are sent to one of the two service centers based on where the USC petitioner resides. I have seen some report that is not always 100% the case, but for the most part this is correct.
California Service Center: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
Texas Service Center: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, U.S. Virgin Islands, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.

On form I-129f you put the American address. On G-325a you can put your Australian address as your present address I believe. Have you worked out everything else you will need for this process? Proof of domicile? Filed taxes for 2015? Do you have a joint sponsor?

Is it really corrupt or the fact that we are speaking of a high fraud country? Just like high fraud country they are going to be tougher than any other country. Your love may be real and so are many others but on the flip side there are so many that are willing to commit fraud to get here. This is not an easy process for anyone no matter what embassy or consulate we are applying to. Everyone is fair game for a denial. OP I really hope you can get a second interview. It is sad that people have to be such a hard @ss. Good luck and if all else fails get married and after your visa approval write a nice letter to the embassy there for the COs wonderful treatment (insert sarcasm). Good luck!!

Actually i was denied in the past having had a baby with the person i was placed on review and during the DNA they requested which cost me $800 the person got another woman pregnant so i had to cancel and re start my life as a single mom. I would like to thank that CO she saved me from myself.

Why ask for suggestions only to mock them. ??? You and ebunoluwa should just pm and ignore the people on here who are just trying to help and understand your story.
You have a few options
1 re apply as his wife after you marry him
2 try and get a second interview
3 drop the case all together
What ever you may choose to do dont take your stress out on people on here even suggesting they are not educated.

I am uncertain what is going on im a bit confused but all I can say is have patience the system works. They need to process all applications and some have red flags raised others sly through. I dont belive anyone put yours in the bottom of the pile because requested an EAD. Everyone on here is anxious tonhave their partner or family with them...its just a waiting game now.....
