My dad's application has finally been approved! Filed March 30, 2022, and approved June 28, 2023.

Got my interview letter at 3:58 AM ET!! August 8!! I'm so excited!! FINALLY! I was DQ'd April 5! 

I-130 APPROVAL IN 82 days!!! 
CR1- consular processing (husband in Tunisia) I am a USC
Service center: Texas (per Emma)
3/1/23- marriage in Tunisia 
3/23/23- submitted I-130 online
3/23/23- first active review 
3/24/24- mailed I-129f 
4/1/23- I-129f received 
6/13/23- submitted expedite request via Emma (I'm a disabled veteran)
6/13/23- email received denying my expedite 
6/13/23- second active review
6/13/23- approval notice in documents!!!! 
I'm honestly shocked, we've been crying, I was running up and down my hallways at work screaming.

Just Received interview letter for CR1 in Cairo.
DQ: Feb 9th
Letter received: June 14th
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Appointment: end of August

Our interview letter just arrived (at 2:39am).  I set a special notification sound for any emails from NVC…. I know, I know batshit crazy as usual but you can make fun of me later 😝.  Our interview is scheduled for July 6th.  So hang in there, it’s coming!
 
Now to try to go back to sleep 😳

Hi..i filled 1-130 for my mom on June 5, 2022.
●May 31, 2023 recieve a mail and an email that my application is approve and forwarded to NVC also with NVC case # and Invoice #.
●June 2,2023 log in to CEAC and  payed the AOS $120 and IV application fee $325.

Interview done and approved. Waiting on passport return in the mail. 
 
So excited that this is finally over and we can start our lives together.

I just login this morning, and it say approved on May 11, 2023. Finally!

Yes, thank you for the advice! I am continuing to email them and sending inquiries to NVC. Hopefully, this leads to an appointment soon!

My timeline is for IR1 in 2015.

That's awesome, we are also waiting for our IL. We got DQd on January 21st and still waiting. Hopefully we hear back soon! 
 
Can you explain your timeline or when you got DQd, I'm confused based off your profile's timeline!
 

it's been a long road! my husband's visa was issued today  🥳  i'm beyond thrilled and wishing the best for everyone. 

Ten years ago today, on 9 October 2008, Mrs. T-B.-to-be passed through POE with use of her K-1 visa.
I'm still composing the monster thread to expose how we all got hosed in Guayaquil by that consular administration.

Hope this helps. Without expedite I would not be getting an interview until October November. Our consulate just keeps going further and further backlogged.

Just an update for those who are following. We just got Approved after our interview. Waiting for the passport to get mailed back in 3-5 days now. 

Got excellent news this morning! Interview date is 5th June!
