Husband's interview is scheduled for 10/25 at the US Embassy in Tunis, Tunisia 🇹🇳👏🏼🥰

Our expedite request was approved by the US Embassy in Tunisia yesterday. The file has moved from NVC to the Embassy and we're just waiting to hear from NVC about our interview date.

I sent everything it asked for but it was just photocopies, not originals.

We were DQ'd today from NVC. So now onto waiting for the Embassy to schedule his interview.

I really don't care and didn't ask for help or guidance. I was simply sharing MY timeline. Ya'll really need to stay in your lane. If I asked for help, that would be different. The fact that you're here trying to 'educate' me is super infuriating. And assuming I don't understand WHERE my husband is from or that I don't understand the immigration process is you a problem.

Our petition was approved today. 82 days from PD (3/23). CR1- consular processing (husband in Tunisia) I am a USC Service center: Texas (per Emma) 3/1/23- marriage in Tunisia 3/23/23- submitted I-130 online 3/23/23- first active review 3/24/24- mailed I-129f 4/1/23- I-129f received 6/13/23- submitted expedite request via Emma (I'm a disabled veteran) 6/13/23- email received denying my expedite 6/13/23- second active review 6/13/23- approval notice in documents!!!! I'm honestly shocked, we've been crying, I was running up and down my hallways at work screaming.

Hello. I married my husband on 3/1/23 in his home country of Tunisia. We filed our i-130 a few weeks later with a PD of 3/23/23. The i-129 was sent the following day with an NOA of 4/1/23. My receipt said Nebraska but I asked Emma and I'm actually in Texas.
