    Same thing happened to me. Use a computer to log in and you will see that the documents in submitted status will read as rejected. I can’t read clearly the notes but you need to get the transcript for 2021 from IRS website and if possible upload 2021 W2.

    Hi All, Need help! I got an email saying that my case was updated. All my documentation is approved but did not get DQ. I had to resubmit a birth certificate for the beneficiary because they could not read it. But now they are requesting a birth certificate for the petitioner. I’m so confused!!! It was approved on the first submission.
