What were you considering then ? Freak outs like that can really mess you up. Calm yourself down and follow the advice given.
Don't even entertain anything else but the truth ever in the entire immigration process. Why on earth would they ban anyone for
1 year and tell them to come back just to ban them again !!! This is a yes or no answer, not saying yes means no which will
  result in a life time ban.

manny just go over your options and talk to your fiance , make posts when u have questions in the future this post went out of hand fast

when it comes to research your better off researching the current year of when your filing , and also a simple post asking about your certain concern would of been perfect because im sure noone on here would tell you to lie , if i had seen that post me and others would of just said to tell the truth.
 
 
the 3 options you have , are already been said 

CR-1 visa or you moving to Nigeria. You screwed up your good chances when it comes to immigration. You chose to lie, you now have to deal with the consequences. I highly doubt any visas in the near future will be successful for you.

Keep in mind. Moving to the United States is a privilege, not a right.

You come from one of the highest fraud country, and you thought it would be a good idea to lie.
 
At this point, you may want to consider her and her daughters to immigrating to Nigeria so you can be with your love ones.  You've shot yourself and there is nothing that can be done since the US Embassy have you flagged as a liar.

I stopped reading at "I lied".  I have zero sympathy when one misrepresents themselves.

While a lot would say get married and file for a CR-1... the embassy knowing openly that you misrepresented yourself on the original tourist visa is really bad.. You openly lied on a tourist application, that in itself could definately make things a lot more challenging in the future.

I would advice you ask your fiance/fiancee to write the embassy and request the packet be send to his/her email. That was what my spouse did when we checked ceac website and it said our case number says ready. Do not wait for them to send it. It may take weeks to get to you. Secondly, It's of no use going for medicals without the packet from the embassy, you cannot be accepted for medicals without the letter.

the way technology is now meeting online happens often more now , im sure the VJs stats will show that most couples met online , just dont be shocked if the  CO asks what website u met on

Your paperwork will be done/taken at your PoE, which in this case would be Philadelphia 

Just got the email saying that my passport (containing my visa) has been handed to the courier and will be available to pick up from tomorrow!!! I AM SO EXCITED!!!

got approved ! lost like several hours of sleep waiting for my fiance to call me after her interview , only 9 questions , she did notice elder applicants were getting denied but the younger applicants for immigrant visas all did fine , left a small review , will be checking the ceac status till it says  issued

Agreed if you had only one or 2 previous visa denials its not be a big deal  but 4 is alot ,age gap is extremely big ,i would keep taking trips and frontload 

At this point you've got multiple red flags. 
 
- A large age disparity (more than double)... 
- ...And the female is the older party
- Multiple previous visa denials
- A short amount of face-to-face time
 
Add in the fact that he's Egyptian and you're looking at a higher likelihood that he is using you to get to the US, which is exactly what the embassy is going to think. 
 
Impossible? No, but this is an Everest-sized mountain to climb that may take years to do so, if it's even possible. 
 
You may wish to investigate moving to Egypt or to a third country if you're convinced that your relationship is genuine; that would be a great deal easier.
