OK Yes im venting here! LOL This NVC wait as it is presently may in fact take LONGER then it took my I129F to be approved. I had my K1 Approved in 42 days and given the slowness of the NVC at present it may take as long or longer to reach, pass through and ultimately reach the embassy. This is nuts. As stated before the NVC stage stinks because its sort of a unknown and your dealing with the house at the top of the hill which nobody can touch etc. My opinion suggestion is that they need to extend the G1145 to encompass all movement from USCIS through DOS/NVC up to the point where the K1 package is set to be mailed to the embassy. This way you have full coverage throughout the process.

besides ADT and this other person with noa2 of oct13, i havent seen any oct noa2 from oct 8-20 or higher have case numbers yet, we should see more this week

I got the physical NVC notice. Packet is in Belgrade.
Only thing left to do is wait for the embassy to send her the letter of the interview date and fill out DS-160 and financial affidavit.

Im interested to know what some of you may think about this? I find it a bit contradicting to raise prices ,when you want ppl to do immigration procedures the right way ,i can also see lawyers and service companies raise their prices as well . Seems the main person whose on a lost are potential petitioners after this year
