Oath Ceremony August 7th

Had my interview last Friday at Tucson office! It was super easy and quick, I was ready for an interrogation, but thankfully it wasn't anything like others  My current online status is "oath ceremony scheduling notice mailed", fingers crossed that it's soon!

Hey guys- long time lurker here. Filed in Oct 18 - Vermont. Had biometrics scheduled in Revere, MA on Dec 4th, but my case never updated past "we have received your application". Moved in the meantime down to AZ, sent updated address form, they acknowledged but still no updates on the status (not even that they have done biometrics). Got sick of waiting for stuff to happen so applied for citizenship on Dec 10th. Already processed my biometrics and estimated completion time is May/June 2020 (yay!). Just got an update that my I-751 application was transferred to another office  I am just happy something is going on with the case finally! Will this be transferred to my local office where they are processing N400?

Just got an update on my I-751- case transferred! Hopefully this will speed things up there as well!

We scheduled your biometrics appointment

 How long did it take for you guys to see the attachment on your account?

Same case for me, waiting to see the doc in my profile. I assume sometimes today or tomorrow?

Hi guys! Just submitted my N400 online and I have a pending I-751 (Vermont center). Hope this process is shorter than I-751 as I have been waiting since October of 2018 -.-

My case is at VSC. Package got to TX Oct 26. Check cashed Nov 1.

Received biometric appointment in mail Nov 24 for Dec 3.

I never received an extension letter(Noa1).

Also, out of my own curiosity, when did you send the packet and when did they receive it? My husband and I have been waiting for his NOA1 and biometrics appointment letter and are getting concerned...a lot of other VSC filers here seem to be getting their biometrics appointments scheduled for quite soon, and I don't want him to miss it!

Yup, sent on 10/23, got a text on 10/29 with EAC# and nothing since! Got biometrics letter today in the mail scheduled for 12/04. I wonder why no NOA1???

I just received a notice for biometrics today, but I never received the first NOA that states my GC is extended for 18 months? Does anybody have experience with this?

Hey guys! Got my EAD 3 days ago and today I got my green card! It was such a long journey, well deserved break for the next two years! Good luck to everybody who is still waiting for theirs! <3

Green card approved as of today!! AH I am so relieved. No more paperwork for the next 2 years Interview was easy, 15 minutes long. Hubby didnt go in which was weird but hey its done so we are happy!

I have my GC interview on Monday! I have couple of questions: on the NOA I got says that we should bring a completed medical examination and a completed affidavit of support with all supporting evidence UNLESS ALREADY SUBMITTED. Does that mean that since those documents were already submitted as a part of AOS, I dont need to bring them? Stupidly I forgot to make a copy of AOS so I would just have to fill in the forms again and bring them :/

My interview has just been scheduled for October 23!

That probably means no EAD in the meantime, right?

I need approval of my EAD desperately! The wait is killing me. I mean absolutely murderating me. My future employer is getting antsy waiting for me.

I have been waiting to apply for jobs after I get my EAD, you started applying earlier? What do you tell your potential employers, that you are waiting on EAD? Thank you so much for any kind of info, Im thinking about applying now!

Hi guys! Emailed AOS July 13th, did my biometrics on August 18th and as of September 6th, case is ready for interview! Nothing from EAD yet, but hope it will get in soon!

Hm, ja sam ponela prepiske sa whatsapp-a, i par stranica skype istorije. Mi se nismo videli od pocetka procesa, tako da dodatnih slika nismo imali, pa nisam slike ni nosila. Moje dodatne dokaze niko nije ni uzeo u ambasadi, samo su uzeli kopije dokumenata koje su trazili a originale sam zadrzala. Tako da ti ponesi radi reda malo dokaza ali sumnjam da ce ti uopste gledati.

Pitanja su bila tipa, kad ste se upoznali, kojim poslom se bavi vas verenik,kakvi su vam planovi kad stignete u USA. Nakon toga congratulations and good luck. Intervju trajao dva minuta.

Хвала на одговору. Е сад кад знам да имам стручног саговорника, морам да питам колико им углавном времена треба да пошаљу писмо са заказаним термином и за који период углавном заказују интервју? Ми смо испланирали неки одмор у Америци за крај августа, па нам је битно да интервју буде пре тога или у септембру. Ако ми не одговара датум који они закажу у писмо, да ли могу ја то да променим?

Hm, meni je stiglo pismo sa datumom nedelju ipo dana nakon sto sam poslala koverat njima, Datum je bio ako se dobro secam 3 nedelje otprilike nakon toga, ako ti datum ne odgovara mozes da pomeris, mislim da moras da pozoves broj koji je u pismu nemoj da kupujes unapred kartu, ja sam cekala pasos 2 nedelje umesto 2 radna dana koliko je normalno da cekas, posto su ga oni negde zagubili, na kraju se ispostavilo da je sve vreme u dhs kancelariji u novom sadu, ali mene niko nije obavestio! samo pazi da ti ne propadne karta zbog toga

Inace intervju je bas lagan, nemoj da se stresiras, znam da svi to kazu i ja sam naravno panicila kao i svi, ali je stvarno lako

Добио сам писмо из амбасаде са листом докумената које ми требају за интервју и да им пошаљем ту страну потписану, заједно са првом страном ДС-160 формулара који сам попунио на интернету. То сам одрадио и послао препоручено, тако да знам да су добили писмо.

Шта је следећи корак? Да ли да их чекам да ме позову и закажу интервју или да их зовем или треба нешто треће?

Danas sam imala intervju i odobrena mi je vizaaaa :joy:

Sve je teklo kao i inace, javite se na ulazu da ste za imigrantsku vizu, unutra predajete papire, pa placate kasu, zatim otisci i na kraju intervju. Moj intervju se sastojao iz 3 pitanja, da li sam nekad zivela u inostranstvu (Da), kako sam se upoznala sa momkom i cime se on bavi. Nakon toga je usledilo congratulations have a safe trip Usla sam u 15 do 10 unutra a zavrsila u pola 12

Sve je vrlo razradjeno i efikasno

Nadam se da cemo citati ovde jos puno lepih vesti! A sada polako pakovanjeeee, polecem za 3 nedelje
