Assuming the kids are the lawful children of the mother, they are now USA citizens. Starting with the oldest child, and working her way down to the youngest child, she should file for their US passport and passport cards.
 
Then once they have their US passport and passport cards, she can file N-600 forms for each kid at the same time to get each a certificate of citizenship (like a certificate of naturalization but different) which can be essential for certain purposes such as a federal security cleance or petitioning a alien for an immigration benefit.
 
I imagine this will take several years as passports take 6 months, and N-600 cases 1-2 years.  
 
Dad can go to https://www.uscis.gov/citizenship-resource-center/learn-about-citizenship/naturalization-eligibility to check his eligibility, which should be 3 years from Mom's naturalization date.

P.S.  Kids under 18 with a green card are now US citizens.  Apply for the N-600 or their US passports.

Husband can file under the 3 years rule.  He can do it on the 3rd anniversary of his wife's naturalization because he needs to be married to a US citizen for 3 years before he can file under the 3 years rule.

I had my interview today in Baltimore. I was approved and the oath has been scheduled. I haven't seen the letter yet. The process was very quick and I got all the 6 questions right.

Waooo. Congratulations.  I got an alert on the uscis tracker that I have been schedule for an interview but status remains Feb 2020 for the completion date

This is really sad. I filed July 2018 and was only left with 2month but only to check my status and discovered it's now moved to Feb 2020. An additional 8month. Can't believe this so sad.

I am! I live in Ottawa, so it's a 2 hr drive but it's better than waiting a long time. Have my flight booked for Wednesday

I agree with @Peteddy I would use the old one. Once you actually move change your physical and mailing address on the N-400 application so that you receive your letters in the correct place. You're also allowed to give clarifications on any item on your application on a separate piece of paper (unsure of  how it works on the online application), you can mention that in "n-month" you will be moving to a house that you bought after renovations.
