So my interview is scheduled today. I’m ready dressed nice and so nervous and excited. Waited for 45mins before the officer came to me only to tell me that they wouldn’t interview me today and it’s a mistake on their system! I’m annoyed i got all ready for today only for me to cry. I just want this journey to be over! 

Congratulations. You are a lucky person considering that you filed in Dec 2019 and have an interview lined up. Wish you all the best

Please add my info! I got my interview date and it’s on Nov 12. Seattle/Tukwila office. 
 
Does anyone know if they’ll do same day oath? My interview is in the morning.

Me. Seattle office. 

I was told to call 10days before it expires to see if they’ll give me an appointment for the stamp. But that appointment isn’t guaranteed either. They said they will judge if they consider it emergency, then they’ll give me an appointment for the stamp. 

Me and my husband recently got married and were about to file AOS soon.
Question about filling the forms AOS, EAD and AP:
Should i fill it up with my Maiden name or Married name? I want to fill it up with my Married name but our Marriage License, Record and Certificate only states my Maiden Name. Would it be a problem if i decide to apply for AOS, ED and AP with my Husband's Last Name?
Do I have to go back to the courthouse to apply for a new Marriage record that states my new name? Can i just use my Husband's Last Name for the forms even if I don't have a legal document with my new name? Should i just use my maiden name in applying for AOS, EAD and AP? Please everyone's opinion regarding this are welcome. It would be a great help.

PS. also, would they bother if i put a different email address and home address in the forms AOS, EAD and AP than what we filed from the previous I-129 Petition?

I just did my biometrics today. Originally scheduled 01092020. Walked in no questions asked. In and out 10mins. My case updated today to “we reviewed your biometrics” at myuscis and “case is being actively reviewed” at uscis case tracker. Estimated completion time is 14mo.
