If it was only Giuliani saying it, then I would agree with you, but the Biden campaign is not denying anything, the FBI took a copy of the hard drive, then decided to come back and subpoena the computer from the now legal owner, and then Hunter Biden’s lawyers also attempted to get the data back.  To top it off, an associate of Hunter Biden is now deciding to lend their own credibility to this entire mess.  It was not a hacking situation regardless of what Twitter and FB say.  The simple fact is Joe Biden is a 47 year corrupt career politician that may have been personally benefitting from his position with his family selling access to him.  You can turn a blind eye to it, but we already know this is very common in DC.  The way I look at it is VP Biden had two major foreign policy leads, China and Ukraine, and for some reason his less than stellar son gets some pretty lucrative opportunities in two countries, China and Ukraine.  Joe used his influence to stop an investigation into one of these opportunities which of course is dismissed as he was getting rid of a corrupt investigator, maybe this was true, but it doesn’t negate the fact that his son, and his son’s business interest benefitted greatly from that action/extortion, and to top it off, the DC Democrat elite decided this was worth impeaching President Trump over.  The thing that galls me is if the FBI had this information for over a year, why was it not brought to light by them when we were going through the entire impeachment episode.
 
In the end, a legal investigation is unlikely due to Old Joe’s long service, so it is up to the voters to decide.

Not one time during all of that did I ever see you talking about how injustice was done to Trump, or how the "leaks" or investigaion was mishandled.  My memory is just fine, thanks for caring.

That could've just been when they were copied, especially to another device. As someone who has repeatedly moved information from drives, about 75% of the time the creation date is altered. Again, this speaks nothing to whether or not the information is true, just how it was acquired. That's generally why people use logic and don't spend 5 seconds on Google or Wikipedia attacking publishers and everything under the sun.
