blondedoc got a reaction from oralar in 212 (a)(7)(a)(i)(i) not deported or removed
I have exactly the same notation on my passport... 212 (a)(7)(i)(i) and I was removed. All of this is said on my papers (I took them during the situation).
And my lawyer is making for me an I-212.
My story is very diferent from yours. If it will be necessary for you, what I know about is that they will tell you after the interview.
Just one thing: I-212 is not a waiver, is a permittion to reapply for a visa.
In my case, my tourist visa was cancelled, so I´m asking to reapply but now as an immigrant.
If you need that it has to be sent to your POE (port of entry) office.
It can take just a few months until more than 1 year.
To be approved? Mine, we made almost like an I-601 (with the hardship for the USC if I don´t get there + letter from me with apologies + letter from him + letters from employers, teachers, family and friends).
I hope I could help you a little bit.
I can tell you that is better for you at least try to reach your paperwork from this situation, than it will be easy to understand exactly what you need.
All the best!

blondedoc got a reaction from FarrahIdir in Ombudsman or Suing USCIS?
Yeah... I have my congressperson involved in my case and now I´m trying to expedite because of their error (once errors are a criteria to expedite)...
Sue USCIS will take the double time to resolve and what I think you want, is finish your case, right?
(Just to let you know the situation... they refused 2x my I-212 and said it was the wrong office and the third time another office accepted and sent to NBC... NBC sent back to the first office that I was trying to fill it and then they accepted... I lost 5 months with it...)
So, take your congress person and AFTER this, you go to the last situation...
Good luck

blondedoc got a reaction from MrsAwakened in Your reasons for immigrating to USA
1) Husband don´t speak portuguese and with the Brazil´s situation, even as a physician I can´t support the whole family;
2) I´ll have a much better salary in US as a physician (now in Brazil I receive U$280 for a 12h shift at the ER...);
3) Kids education;
4) Safety (Brazil was detected as the 6th most dangerous country in the world);
5) The antisemitism in Brazil is growing (we are a jewish family);
6) My husband has a great job in US that he is already for 7 years at the same company;
7) My family has tourist visas to visit me as the same that my hubby´s family can visit us too (His family is from Germany);
8) I don´t speak German and I´ll loose my graduation in Germany;
9) My hubby will have difficulties to support the whole family in Germany;
10) Kids don´t speak german;
And many others...
I think those ones are enough, right?

I wish I could have another good option... This immigration process is taking my family health and is playing a burden on our pockets... Everyday I pray to handle that with at least food on my plate and no debt´s.

If it was you?
Go back to the middle of "nowhere" with a sick baby or stay with medicare?
Yes they are allowed to fly, but not after 28 weeks pregnancy (more clear, on the third trimester) without a doctor allowance.

blondedoc got a reaction from Teddy B in How Foreign Women View Western Men For Relationships
Hell, yeah...
Unfortunately this is true, BUT... it´s not at the same time...
Every WOMAN (not girls, because in Brazil, girls look at American men as ugly and not that good on the bed lol - I used to be a girl in Brazil, so I can say that this are the toughts about american men) has a reason to choose or decide to be with a foreigner.
I know a bunch of younger women that they are extremely hot (not so intelligent sometimes lol), smart, wealthy and I realized that they are not in the mood to have a relationship with any guy, it doesn´t matter from where he is, only because they want to be free! They don´t want kids in the future, they want to build their career and travel arround the world. And if they want a relationship, they right over take the most beautiful, rich and intelligent guys. They don´t look for foreigners, and you know why?
Because, the extremely hot, girls who look for these foreigners, they have nothing to loose! They probably come from a poor family and they want to make a bigger step in their life´s, they can´t see themselves getting a better life with their own career. They don´t want to study, they want to simply get a better life without any kind of hardship and they are quite sure that their sex can be the best of the world. It makes me ashamed... I´m brazilian and I´m a woman
But there are the interesting cases: women who are sick and tired of the "latino way to be" from the locals, where if they cheat, they are more masculin than others (My case lol)... Women who are career driven and latino men don´t accept it (Meeeeeee lol)... Women who enjoy other cultures and know a lot about it, women who simply fall in love and it´s just a foreigner (lol), religious difficulty to find a partner (Meeee) and it includes tradition and family values, women who got tired to be the men slaves (latino men don´t help with anything... anything... they make their wife´s slaves)...
Well, there are enough reasons for us women look for a foreigner...
I just wanted to remind you guys about one thing: There are WOMEN and GIRLS... and there is a huge thing about how they deal with al of it.
(I´m sorry about how I described the Latin men, we can´t generalyze, but most of them still act like these... )

blondedoc got a reaction from Rob L in Rubio says Congress needs to approve Zika virus funding
Maybe that´s why they expedited my process on NVC... I didn´t requested and they did it!
They are scared for me to arrive there and give birth a sick baby... maybe...
I´m not pregnant, but I´m planning to have a baby when I get together with my husband...
The problem of Brazil is not just the Zika vírus...

blondedoc got a reaction from texcal in traveling with medications. ...ir1 viza
And remember... If there is any kind of medicine which is a syrup, drops or any kind of liquid, don´t bring it in a bottle bigger than 100ml... At the airport they don´t allow you have on your carry on, before the X-ray any kind of liquids in a bottle bigger than that, even with the prescription. And don´t forget! Bottles with more than 100ml but just a few liquid inside are NOT accepted! Capsules, once with the prescription are ok, and is better don´t take ALL in your carry on... it really makes a red flag. Ah, and have together all the package leaflets from each medicine too. It´s not necessary a doctor letter once he had to do the prescriptions already.
(I work as a doctor at the international airport, so I know very well these rules...)
